Benny is the man! Took our entire refrigerator apart to identify an issue with the defroster. Took multiple hours out of his day to make sure our refrigerator was feeling cold again! Couldn’t be happier with his service.

Called late in the day with a failing washing machine pump. Benny was at my house within an hour after the end of his day, had the spare parts on hand, stuck with the issue until it was fixed, explained everything to me, and saved the day. Great company. Very knowledgeable. Tech was very polite. Answered all questions i had. Fixed my Frigidaire in minutes. Being that it is only 5 months old and under warranty Frigidaire sent out a tech to diagnose the problem. He did two things and said it was the compressor. With Thanksgiving coming i was going back and forth with them. They were going to send out a company names whitman to fix it. After looking up that company and seeing they have 2 star rating. I called and requested a different company. When the rep gave me the name Iskander i quickly googled and saw they have a 5 star rating. So i requested them. And they came out. I am so happy. It was not the compressor and this tech knew right from the start and fixed the issue. Which was a part that has a recall on it. Saved my familys Thanksgiving. Though i wont get back the $300 worth of food that went bad and had to be thrown out,atleast we will have a great Thanksgiving now. Frigidaire needs to send this company out first for all warranty issues. They should be their TOP choice!!!! That 5 star rating is 100% accurate. Frigidaire stop sending out incompetent technicians and only deal with this company you will have less complaining and call backs. The job will be done correctly the first time.

Great service. They were quick to schedule an appointment, knowledgeable in determining the problem, and efficient in ordering the replacement part to fix. They even reinstalled my broken freezer door handle, and fridge piece that I thought was forever broken.
