Constraction reviews in Linden, New Jersey

I had a wonderful experience working with this company! Veronica and Geovani are the best. The quality of their work is beautiful, and they were incredibly timely and responsive throughout the entire process. I appreciated that there were no surprises at the end; everything was communicated clearly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

ESPj created a beautiful colorful walkway and patio for our newly sided house. In addition they replaced the drain and skirt at the garage doors. The result is spectacular. Both Geovani and Darwin were responsive, patient, helpful and delightful to work with. The crew was careful and real artisans of their craft. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed. Many thanks!

ESPJ construction did a great job with the pavers around our pool and the path leading to a fire pit area. Their workmanship is top notch and their workers are skilled craftsmen. They took their time to fit every piece just right. They are truly artist.

ESPJ Construction did an amazing job with our stamped concrete patio around the newly installed pool. The workers were polite and courteous. Very clean work area. Work was done as stated and no hidden fees. They were upfront and honest. Geovani came up with a great design that was not over the top price wise and looks great. Would highly recommend them for any type of patio, mason, concrete, paver, retaining wall, sealing job you are looking for. 👌

Highly impressed with this company operation. After dealing with an absolute nightmare of a pool project thank God ESPJ Construction came through with the win. Geovani, Darwin and their crew were absolutely the best. We could not be happier with the job ESPJ has done. Cleanest crew we have ever hired. Giovani and Darwin were very professional and they made sure we were happy from start to finish no detail was missed. We would highly recommend this company and will actually be using them again!

I would like to start by saying what an amazing job ESPJ has done. From start to finish, their staff and field crew were extremely professional and courteous. Judd, the project manager, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and generous with his time. He came out as many times as I needed, answered all my questions thoroughly, and helped ensure everything went smoothly.

My stamped concrete looks absolutely amazing—better than I had envisioned. The quality of the work truly speaks for itself. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer additional landscaping services, which I’ll definitely keep in mind for future projects.

I highly recommend this company and especially Judd for anyone looking for top-notch concrete or landscaping work. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

After a long pool install process, ESPJ came in to do the finishing touches with a simple pool deck and cantilever coping.

We are beyond pleased with the workmanship, speed and amazing communication of Geovani, Robbie and Veronica. The forms went up Tuesday, and they poured Friday. The concrete looks absolutely beautiful and their work is artistic.

Pricing was excellent and they even were able to work around the pre-installed channel drain we had done over the winter. They took extra care to support, pour around and put an extra bolster across the back to keep it stable.

Overall, amazing setup and wonderful work. Absolutely recommend! They know what they’re doing!

ESPJ had completed my backyard project last year 8/2023. As I have just covered my pool for this season I can just finally sit and reminisce on what a summer it was in my family’s backyard paradise. Each gathering I would receive compliment after compliment on how great the project came out ! This is where the credit should be given to ESPJ. From the initial setup for an estimate with the receptionist to the final day of the project with the work crews everything was perfect…Geovani came for the 1st meeting and was very knowledgeable and professional. Spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything that would be needed and gave me options. The work crews were great as well, they did phenomenal work ! Worked cleanly, polite, these guys hustled ! During the project few minor changes needed to be changed and it was a non-issue. They completed a retaining wall and stamped concrete around my pool and new block stairs..1 year later all still look great ! No cracks in the concrete, no shifting with the wall, no drainage issues ! I would recommended ESPJ over and over again ! I plan on using them to reseal the concrete when due. Check out the photos of ESPJ great work !

ESPJ completed a backyard patio for my family in connection with a pool project that completed just before Labor Day 2024.

This company is extremely professional. The management team spent a significant amount of time with my family during the design phase. We adjusted the design several times and they were very patient with us.

They made excellent suggestions as well, not with view toward upselling but rather with view toward being practical. For example, they recommended we add some lighting (not pictured) to the islands and stairs which was a minor cost but a tremendous enhancement in the evening hours. They also recommended the color enhancements that surround the pool, fire pit area, and BBQ islands.

The work is high quality and the staff were all very courteous. Further, the team was highly responsive whenever I had a question --- and I had a lot of questions!

I highly recommend ESPJ for your hardscape needs.

Geovanni and his crew are wonderful! They laid a 3 foot walkway of concrete around my pool and merged it into a patio outside my back doors. It looks amazing. The crew never stopped! From the day they did prep work until the day the concrete was laid and they did the finishing.

I highly recommend them!

Great contractors.

Best Excavating company this side of the Mississippi.

The boss is very polite and deal with nice behavior. The worker have done the work very nicely. Highly recommended

Puroclean Rahway NJ headed by Archie and 1 of his staff Elvis are awesome. Did a great job mitigating the mold and water damages before situation get worse. Very responsive, helpful and constantly updating us. Highly recommended !

My wife and I experienced water damage from a leaky drain, and we are incredibly grateful for Archie and his team. They arrived promptly the next morning and got to work right away.

A few weeks later, our sink began leaking again, and Archie came out the following day to check for any mold. Thankfully, none was found.

Thank you, Archie and the PuroClean team, for your help!

Archie is a trustworthy professional who thoroughly assessed our mold and water leak issue. He personally came to our place and spent 20-30 minutes inspecting for water damage and mold. Unlike other professionals on thumbtack who suggested filing an insurance claim for extensive repairs, Archie recommended a simple and cost-effective solution. He advised us to use a fan and hair dryer to dry the area for 20-30 minutes, assuring us that there was minimal to no damage.

Additionally, Archie provided us with a reliable contact to fix the source of the leak, and he didn't charge for the inspection. He even offered guidance on how much to pay for the repairs and recommended a few reliable individuals. I highly recommend choosing Archie for any job because it's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer's well-being instead of prioritizing insurance claims.

I worked with PuroClean Rahway for 2 projects, & both Archie & Juan were incredibly transparent and helpful throughout the entire process - especially as a new homeowner!

They gave me an honest assessment of the mold issues, explained everything, never pressured me into signing anything until I was fully aware of the scope of the work, & even dealt with my insurance company to make sure things were done in a way that was financially feasible for me.
I can honestly say they were the first contractors i've dealt with who went above and beyond to communicate and get things done within my timeline and budget for both projects.
They even recommended a reliable company for the subsequent reconstruction of the property.

I'd recommend them to anyone in NJ looking for a professional, kind, and knowledgeable company to get work done.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Archie. He came to my house due to concerns of mold in the house, and was 100% honest to say that we did not need to do anything remediate the situation. He did not take advantage, and guided us in the right direction. We have another area of the house that we will need to have addressed and explained the whole process so that I could understand the steps, and made sense. It’s nice to find an honest person, and Archie is top notch.
