Wow, what an amazing service!
They came, they saw, they dried it up. We had a little mishap with a fridge water line and needed help right away. We called another company first and they tried to “up-sell” over the phone using scare tactics and intimidation like mentioning mold, before they even saw the project. So we decided to call PuroClean of Rahway and it worked out perfectly.
I was lucky enough to get one of the company’s managers, Juan Rios a US Army Veteran, who took his time explaining what his plan was, and let me rent my own equipment to finish the project after almost a full remediation. I’m sure I saved money, but I’m also happy to have paid it to get a peace of mind. He removed several gallons of water from our media room that is only 130/ft2.
Juan could not have done better. Our overall experience with this company, and their thorough professionalism, was excellent 6 stars out of 5.

From the first interaction, I was impressed. Speaking directly with a human and quickly transferred to Archie who made me feel like I was going to get the service I needed. Scheduling was efficient, communication was there. When you are stressed and dealing with an unplanned problem, this is the service you hope for. His cleaning crew Radimus and Brandon were on time,so polite, ready to work! They did such a great job and made sure I was pleased with the work. Above and beyond! I am so thankful I chose them.

After a pipe burst in our home we called Archie and his crew and they showed up fast ready to work. They inspected all the affected areas, set up the drying equipment, and made sure no moisture was left behind. The team was respectful, professional, and clearly experienced with water restoration. They kept us informed the entire time and worked efficiently to prevent any further damage. Everything was left clean and properly dried when they finished and we felt relieved knowing it was handled the right way. I would definitely trust Archie and his crew again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

Poor quality work, completed slower than promised. Small refunds offered as token gesture, to help towards the cost of hiring a competent, honest professional to complete work that was originally completed badly, and is now falling apart. Would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Edit: Response below is completely false. You blamed the fact the tile kept coming up on the floor beneath the tile. You also installed the floor beneath the tile.

Mario Arcia is a scam. He will rob you. This is what he does for a living. He actually told me he does a little work and gains trust and then walks with your money. He told me this after he got my money. And then he walked. He is a CRIMINAL!!! Stay away. If you too have been scammed and robbed by Mario of Marsa Construction, please contact me to form a class action lawsuit against him. Do not trust the good reviews, they are fake and written by his friends and family. In all my years hiring contractors for renovations, I’ve never come across a worse criminal. STAY AWAY.

I’m a great fan of MARSA CONSTRUCTION who I’ve hired several times to do outstanding work at my house and when I need any work I don’t hesitate to look for them. Each time I have maid business with MARSA CONSTRUCTION they put everything on writing and listened to all my requests and have always exceeded my expectations and more. Marsa Construction provides nothing, but great quality work! If you're looking for a company that has a crew of hard working professionals, then I would highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend going with Marsa construction. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this Home Depot location. The issue started when I purchased a bamboo flooring product, which the store employee assured me was dent and scratch resistant. However, after further research, I discovered that the manufacturer actually requires an underlayment for proper installation - something the employee never mentioned.

Fast forward to a few days post-installation, and I'm already starting to notice noticeable dents on my floor. Given bamboo flooring's supposed reputation for being durable, I was shocked and disappointed. When I contacted the store manager about this issue, they told me that nothing could be done since it had been installed for so long.

I clarified that I wasn't seeking compensation, but rather a solution - perhaps an alternative type of flooring or a replacement floor altogether. Instead, I was offered a paltry $100 in goodwill for their misunderstanding. I made it clear that I didn't want the money; I just needed a new floor.

To make matters worse, when I mentioned returning the existing floor and utilizing my Home Depot card's return policy (which has about a year of validity), the store manager seemed uncooperative. It's either they provide me with a suitable replacement or I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere. This lack of support is unacceptable, especially considering the product's supposed quality claims.

The technician was consistently untrustworthy.
