Terrible experience with this company. The vacuum motor failed to run during the job, and the technicians only cleaned the last 5 feet of the duct near the vent. They claim it's a "deep clean," but that just means they sprayed some fabric refresher into the vent - not even bothering to really clean it. Overpriced and underperforming.

The technician arrived promptly and walked me through what they'd be doing beforehand. The air return line was clogged with an alarming amount of dog hair - it was a mess that required some serious elbow grease to clean out completely. Now it's spotless. However, when the supposed "Travis" team arrived, it became clear that something was off. Two Asian men showed up claiming to be part of his team, but they didn't seem to know anything about the work or the equipment. What really raised my suspicions was when one of them took an item from my garage and hid it in their truck without asking. I immediately called the police.

Further investigation revealed that Travis Cook's Facebook profile had been deleted, and the company he worked for is actually Ayan Duct Cleaning out of New Jersey. It seems they subcontracted with him to do the work. Be extremely cautious when considering hiring contractors through social media platforms like this.
