HVAC reviews in Linden, New Jersey

The technician was extremely professional and explained the process thoroughly before proceeding with the work. They're now top of my list for any future needs, and I appreciate their exceptional service.
-
They showed up on schedule and methodically checked each vent. The job was thoroughly done with attention to detail. Good service overall.
-
Terrible experience with this company. They showed up a day late and left a huge mess behind. No ladder to speak of, just a waste of time and money. Disputing the charge was the only sensible thing to do.
-
Terrible experience with these guys - friendly staff initially, but complete rip-off once the job was done. They cut off contact with me afterwards too.
-
We'll be back for their services next year. They showed excellent professionalism and delivered outstanding work. Thanks for the quality service.
-
I thoroughly enjoyed the home cleaning experience and highly endorse this service to anyone. Technician Karan was extremely competent and delivered excellent results.
-
One of the best experiences I've had with a duct cleaning company - I'd gladly give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.
-
Terrible experience with this company. The vacuum motor failed to run during the job, and the technicians only cleaned the last 5 feet of the duct near the vent. They claim it's a "deep clean," but that just means they sprayed some fabric refresher into the vent - not even bothering to really clean it. Overpriced and underperforming.
-
We hired them to clean our dryer vent and pay extra for it. Instead of reconnecting the hose, they left it loose. Their response was uncivilized and unhelpful. We won't be using their services again.
-
Karan visited our home to service the furnace and vents, doing a great job with excellent manners and speed. Highly impressed, I'll definitely recommend him to friends and family.
-
Extremely poor service, felt pressured into unnecessary work. After a month, I noticed my dryer's exhaust wasn't collecting dust properly - later found out they'd damaged the ductwork during their hasty cleaning, causing lint to accumulate in the ceiling. Had to remind them to clean the return duct before leaving our home, highlighting their lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
-
Avoid this company. Jeremy Meyers claims to work for Aspen Duct, but the scammers showed up instead. The van's only equipped with hoses - no tank to collect debris. Upon inspection, I found nothing promising in terms of sanitization. When I questioned them about it, they handed me a spray bottle of bathroom cleaner.
-
The technician arrived promptly and walked me through what they'd be doing beforehand. The air return line was clogged with an alarming amount of dog hair - it was a mess that required some serious elbow grease to clean out completely. Now it's spotless. Thanks for the great service, highly recommended.

Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs
I responded to a post from someone claiming to be a local contractor on a Facebook group. The person, who identified himself as Travis Cook, offered duct cleaning services and was looking for work. I wanted to support local businesses, so I agreed to have him come out this morning.
However, when the supposed "Travis" team arrived, it became clear that something was off. Two Asian men showed up claiming to be part of his team, but they didn't seem to know anything about the work or the equipment. What really raised my suspicions was when one of them took an item from my garage and hid it in their truck without asking. I immediately called the police.
Further investigation revealed that Travis Cook's Facebook profile had been deleted, and the company he worked for is actually Ayan Duct Cleaning out of New Jersey. It seems they subcontracted with him to do the work. Be extremely cautious when considering hiring contractors through social media platforms like this. -
I recently hired this company for duct cleaning at my home, hoping to support a local business in trouble as advertised on our neighborhood Facebook group. The technician arrived within the specified time frame and seemed friendly and professional. However, when he left, I was left with a significant mess of dryer dust and lint that made my laundry room unusable.
The next day, I attempted to use my dryer again, but it started smoking, which led me to call the company's number. The person on the other end acknowledged that they might have missed something during their initial visit and offered to send someone over to investigate. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to follow up with texts, as requested, I've received no response whatsoever.
It appears that they've blocked my number or intentionally ignored me, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their incomplete work. Now, I'll need to seek out a professional repair service to fix the issue they created. -
Had a great experience with this company - excellent value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by their work. However, I've read some negative reviews mentioning incomplete cleanings due to varying service packages. If you opt for the lower-cost option, don't expect them to clean your entire house. You'll get what you pay for; it's that simple.

This company is operating a scam. They create fake social media profiles, post in local groups, and advertise their services with generic family photos that belittle their language skills. The inconsistency is glaring - they pretend to be a legitimate business but struggle to communicate coherently.
Their legitimacy is further called into question when they refuse to provide documentation, such as licenses, despite repeated demands. Eventually, the real company information is revealed, and it's found to be registered in New Jersey but operating in Massachusetts. The National Air Duct Cleaners Association labels these services as "blow and go," where a quick appearance of legitimacy is maintained through superficial measures rather than genuine work.
These tactics are deceptive, making it difficult for unsuspecting customers to distinguish between real and fake services, especially if the work is done behind closed vents. -
I recently paid a company to clean my ducts on January 4th using my credit card. The technicians were friendly, but what happened next was appalling. A $350 check came out of my account on February 12th, which I later discovered was an obviously forged check that had been stolen from my home. It was dated February 6th and made out to "Ayan Duct". When I reported the issue to the company, they initially didn't believe me and told me to send them receipts and a copy of the check - a request that felt like an attempt to deflect responsibility.
I never heard back from them after that. Thankfully, my bank refunded me, but the whole ordeal left a sour taste. The fact that their technicians were nice in person and we even showed our appreciation with a generous tip makes it all the more insulting. I'm extremely disappointed in the company's handling of this situation and its lack of concern for the fraudulent activity committed by its employees. -
This contractor is a total scam artist. They made our home's air quality even more toxic and kept demanding payment after the "job" was never finished. I'm still paying off the original price with no resolution. My wife had to evict them from our property due to non-payment and disrespect. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Be wary of Mike Grafton, who presents himself as local on social media. I initially scheduled a service but soon felt uneasy after he mentioned the company name was Prime Dust Busters, only to find it was riddled with spelling and grammatical errors on their website. His online presence also seemed suspicious, with a group of "friends" featuring professional family photos - no comments, just generic posts about various locations. After canceling, I began receiving texts from someone asking about payment details using a different company name altogether. The lack of transparency and professionalism is alarming. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Be cautious: something isn't quite right here.

Unresponsive salesperson who wouldn't stop contacting me was a major issue. When I had an issue, they ignored my texts and calls.
They committed bait-and-switch. Initially quoted a price that included all ducts, including the dryer vent, but when the service team arrived, it was an add-on. On-site tech explained that all-inclusive prices covered air conditioning, heat, and furnace inspections, but I only needed A/C vents and dryer vent cleaning.
I thought since they quoted it and I didn't need other services, they'd throw in the extras at no extra cost. Wrong. No discount was offered.
After the job, my upstairs had fluff from the dryer all over every room, and my stackable washer wasn't properly secured on its leveling pads. When I reported these issues, they were met with complete silence.
I've heard nothing back from them. Their customer service is appalling, with terrible communication skills. Their sales tactics are deceptive.
The job itself was acceptable, but the lack of communication and honesty during the process made it a frustrating experience. Find another company for better service.
