    Kevin runs the best contracting company I have ever dealt with, hands down, over years of many large projects. He is honest and straight-talking, so from the first meeting to the final inspection I had no concerns. The subcontractors he works with are of similar character and work ethic. It is a fine dance they do, at a tempo that is unheard of in the contracting world. The level of skill and attention to detail was truly a joy. They anticipated things before I could have noticed them and made thoughtful suggestions for improvements to the job that made my home unique to me and my needs. There is no cookie cutter work going on here! Do not be fooled by the (small) size of this company: the craftsmanship is extraordinary by any standard. Kevin’s pricing was transparent and frankly well below my other quotes. Nothing was left undone. I have absolutely no complaints or regrets hiring McCormack Contracting.

    Packing materials from construction blow over onto the neighbor's lawn left a mess. Edit - I appreciate the feedback. I was frustrated by the lack of control of the discarded construction material but your feedback gives me peace of mind that it shouldn't happen to others.
