Kyle helped me out with a sewer scope as part of the inspection during the purchase of a house. He was friendly, on-time, fast, and clean. And as much as I hope to not have any plumbing issues, I feel safe knowing I can rely on his excellent service.

I found this plumber via the Bradford and White website. He sent two young guys out to install the hot water heater. Refused to get a permit. Never came out to inspect their work. The hot water now is way WORSE than before we paid $1,500 for the new larger tank. Very disappointed

I was so impressed with how quickly the company responded to our emergency without being an existing customer. They suggested cost savings for our company and came in at 1/2 the price of another company. The work was professionally completed and the communication on par. I will use the company for other jobs both personally and professionally.

Kyle is second to none. I would not recommend anyone other than him. He has always come through for us and is super fair in pricing. Electricians and plumbers usually get a bad wrap for overcharging but I can honestly say Kyle is super fair. I found him on home advisors I believe a few years ago and it’s one of the best blind decisions I’ve ever made.

I have used them twice in the past year. They are dependable and made the extra effort to get the job finished on time. They are friendly and good at explaining what they are doing and their prices are fair, especially compared to other plumbers I had look at the job.

We used them for the first time this past January when our furnace shut off. They came 3 hours later(on a Sunday) and fixed the problem. They are progressive in the fact that receipts and completed work are available online.
They are a great plumbing company!

Have had Gatti Plumbing complete multiple jobs (tankless water heater install, water softener replacement, bathroom faucet replacement) and would highly recommend! Fair prices and great work.

Gatti installed a water heater for my son's house (I covered for him while he was at work) and did the job for $300 less than the "going" price. I was impressed and had them find and repair a natural gas leak at my own house in Madison, were there for almost 4 hours using special equipment, threw in fixing my water pressure reduction valve and a leaking outdoor faucet, I was billed under $500 which was very reasonable. Earlier I had another local plumber replace a broken toilet compression valve, didn't install a quarter turn as requested (did another cheap nylon compression valve) and was charged $200 for 20 minutes of work. The Gatti crews are young fellows who know their stuff.

I had been dreading finding a plumber because the service industry has been so busy lately and non-responsive. I finally forced myself to pick up to phone, stuck with a clogged shower drain and a dropped-off new washer and dryer that the delivery company could not "get in the basement." Gatti answered and set an appointment for the next day. Brandon and Marco were on-time and did everything I needed without blinking an eye. They didn't have a dolly on the truck so they carried the new washer and dryer from the garage into the house and into the basement without removing a pipe that the other company said had to be removed. They got that fully up and running and then unclogged a drain another plumber serviced and was clogged in two days. Best service around.

Kyle Gatti and another plumber came out and did the job they were called to do, correct the leakage of two heating pipes in my basement. The work was done quickly, no fuss, or grandstanding and just in time before a cold snap!!

Kyle also attached lifts on the beams to hold the pipe in order for steam to be released from the heated water instead of having hot water blocking the steam. He even cleaned up.

Considering the efficiency and high level of professionalism of their work, the price was an extremely good one. I would definitely call Gatti Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning of Madison, NJ again and recommend them to others.

He has installed outdoor spigots, water heaters, sump pumps, water softener + filtration systems and recently a dishwasher in my home. Installed a water softener at my house in 2019. Got multiple quotes and while not the cheapest, Gatti seemed very professional and used a higher quality product (Pentair) than others. Very happy with Kyle and his team.

On July 8, 2021 I called Gatti Plumbing and spoke to Kyle. I needed some pipes unclogged and a water main valve in my house replaced. I had a question about the valve at the street (the one used by the water company) I took a picture and Kyle said no issues. Made appointment for July 13. Marco & Mario arrived on time and were very thorough and persistent in solving the problem with the clogged pipes. One of them seemed to be not a real plumber, but more of an assistant whose dual role was to take care of the paperwork as well as provide comic relief. For the amount of time and effort they put in, the price was more than fair. They cleaned up very thoroughly. I have not had any issues since their visit.

I needed a plumber ugently about a week before Christmas! The current installer of my bathroom was having problems with installing ...a) shower valve, b) toilet, c) the sink vanity! The job was not going well with difficulty on each item. So I asked him to quit.
Then I called Kyle at Gatti Plumbing who I had used about 6 months earlier for repair of my gas steam furnace. He arrived the same day and redid the setting of vanity, fixed the shower valve, and connected all the water pipes and cleaned up the place nicely. Terrific response and great job! Thanks Kyle!

We had a clogged and frozen sump pump pipe. Kyle is very responsive in answering the call and promptly scheduled an appointment. Andrew is extremely friendly and professional in dealing with the issue. He double checked to make sure the pipe was opened up and came back the next day to tighten a connection to the pump free of charge. Highly recommend.

Had unexpected issue with water heater & Gatti Plumbing was able to come look at it right away. They diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the water heater the next day - right before Thanksgiving. Arrived on time, did the work & provided service at a fair price.

We moved into a new house. And of course the upstairs shower leaked behind the wall onto LR ceiling. Gatti Plumbing came out within days of the call. They used new techniques to remove two faucets and replace with one tap (see photo). We haven't had a leak since. Kyle and his team are extremely friendly. They're a pleasure to work with. They're costs are reasonable and well worth it.

They explained our boiler system, which was new to us, and helped us to better understand how to care for it, and signs to watch for that may cause issues in the future.
