- A human being answers the phone quickly.
- Appointments are set up quickly and kept.
- Communication is clear throughout the process with a detailed invoice, and I asked for a slight tweak and they were happy to make it.
- They kept me informed as the materials were ordered.
- They worked with me to decide one of the replacement pieces when it turned out there were several options.
- The work was done very well. When the workers came to my property, they were polite and remained focused.
- When the job was completed, there were no "surprise upcharges" or any other surprises.
- They even went and fixed a very minor issue which was beyond our agreement (another piece of siding elsewhere on the property had been damaged by the wind. It was very small but they were nice enough to fix it anyway.)

This is a very good company that I trust, and I will happily call them again for any additional projects which might make use of their services.

Was in need of replacing a MagicPak that was installed in our condo second-floor unit. Mike responded promptly to our estimate request. Their quote was about $2K lower than a few of their competitors. It was a little delayed because of the heat wave, but the new system was installed in less than a month. The techs installed it at 9:00am on Saturday, and they were gone by 12:00. Great service. They said to call if there was any problem, but things are looking good. The financing process went smoothly and fairly. Would definitely recommend.

We had an AC system installed at our office. A very prompt response to our first call. Came by on the same Friday for an inspection. Very fast installation. Good team. Space was kept clean. Highly recommended.

We are not happy with the AC company we chose. They did a great job in repairing my HVAC. They are already referred by others and I want to use their services again in the near future.

The word of others is important to me. They said on a Sunday that they would come between 4-8pm. They had a lot of difficult appointments in the past, but the guy didn't reschedule and showed up around 10pm. After that, everything went quickly. They provided a ton of options and information. Will check each and every possibility. Tuesday we signed on for what was needed and by Thursday our AC unit roared to a level we have never heard it before. It felt like the house was five degrees cooler after only 5 minutes. I'll use them again.

Steven and Angel performed an excellent job in replacing our AC. They were respectful and polite while they worked all day. Since I work at my desk, I barely noticed they were even here. I'd recommend them to anyone who lives in the locality!
