Prince, my electrician who upgraded and reinforced my fusebox and outlet did an amazing job. He answered all of my inquiries in a professional manner. The office staff asked me if everything was satisfactory after the work had been completed. This was excellent customer service.

Arrived on time despite a heavy call load, diagnosed and fixed the problems as quickly and as affordably as possible. Will use again. They seem honest and professional. This is important to me because I live in another state. Definite 5 star review.

The heat on my house stopped working in the middle of a cold spell this winter. I was unable to find the breaker I needed locally, so I called Chris Del Real for assistance. They not only found the right breaker but also brought it to me and charged me only for the breaker. We were very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Marc provided me with excellent service today. In the past I felt that they tried to sell me more each time! Marc was only there to perform preventative maintenance, and to fix something covered by warranty. He answered all my questions with great kindness.

Jose and Jesus did a great job replacing my AC. They did a great job cleaning up and were courteous throughout. It was a pleasure having them. They are installers. They refused tips. I would highly recommend them.

Mike was a great guy to work with. My air conditioners are quiet and efficient. He is thorough and his rates are reasonable. Mike is a very nice man. He fixes other things as well.

Ricky was very polite. We were pleased with the way Ricky explained issues and offered solutions.
Ricky came over to install new thermometers. The installation was done by Ricky, who explained everything to me and gave me choices. He left and immediately returned. He had forgotten to vacuum the area in and around the installation. Who would do such a thing? Most technicians leave buildings without cleaning up.
It's a great company, I assure you!

Brian installed a Bryant AC last year. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We received 3 quotes, and he and his price were the most attractive.
