Awesome unit. Reasonable cost. Efficient and tidy crew. Great improvement to our 12 year old home. Yes, 12 years new and the unit we had failed. Rather than fix it we replaced it with a modern Bryant unit. Quiet, uniform, cooling and heating. Mark and the guys answered all my questions before I decided to go forward with this team. I have compared my energy usage, before and after. No question that it is paying for itself in energy savings. The comfort and humidity control is outstanding. I tell people all the time that it was worth the cost for the improved quality of the climate control; really cool thermostat too. Definitely one of my best home improvement decisions was to go with Mark, his team and Bryant.

Dormann's sent their technician Eric out to fix my ac within 3 hours of my calling on a 100° degree day. Luckily, we just had to replace the Nest thermostat with a working Honeywell one. I am beyond impressed with their speedy response and professionalism, and would definitely use their service again!

Tyler was very professional & knowledgeable, answered all our questions & look forward to working with Dormanns for our new unit, met with Eric the estimator, he was clear about costs and comparisons and we were happy with the estimate. Dropped off deposit to Sherry, who was extremely helpful in securing info on a loan from SJ gas. Looking forward to installation

My air conditioner stopped working. Called Dormann's and they sent a tech within 2 hours. Tyler explained everything step by step and did an excellent job. Plus, it was was reasonably priced to boot. I would highly recommend.

Jason and Joey were the best!!! They were on time, quick and super efficient. They were very nice and professional. Dormanns will definitely be my heating and cooling go-to company. Oh and lets not forget, estimate to installation took less than a week… and its the middle of July where demand is high. Customer for life here, every encounter I had was amazing from start to finish

Quick & professional service. Had a technican come out the same day I called to inspect my unit as it was not running, found to be a eletrical issue which I had a electrican come out and fix the problem. Then the A/C would not blow very cold. So a technican came out again the same day I called and noticed it was leaking freon. With it being a older unit where R22 freon is not made anymore, I made the decision to replace the entire unit which was done the next day.

Dorman’s Heating &Cooling came out right away on a Saturday afternoon in a frigid day and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the defective sump pump that shutdown my HVAC system. Many thanks to Malcom and Cheryl and Dorman’s Heating &Cooling.

Dennis, Roy, and Andrew arrived on time, installed Bryant Furnace and A/C, Humidifier and everything specified on the work order, cleanly, politely and professionally. Thank you guys.

Outstanding service by Dormann’s technician Kyle. He determined the problem with our Bryant gas furnace in 10 minutes after I had been working with a local company for over a week with no results.

The Technician was quick and effective. He explained to me what he had done to service our boiler and often it needed to be serviced going forward.

John and Andrew did a thorough service on our Heat pump. They suggested an Air Quality system to replace our old humidifier and answered all my questions. Hope these guys will be assigned for the summer checkup.!

Dormann's was awesome again.One of the coldest days of the year and it was Sunday.I called at 9:00 and Sherri said they were really busy but they would be there as soon as possible.Someone was at my house by 1:30.Got me running quickly.Highly recommended.

My wife and I interviewed at least 4 contractors before committing to Eric Dormann. He was a gentleman to deal with. Very competitive pricing and completed the job in time frame promised. Sherry his office manager alway kept us posted as to when their installers would be here. David and his assistant kept a clean work space and wore booties as my wife requested. Will 100% recommend Dormann to family and friends.Also added a vent & ductwork in our bedroom.

My AC wasn't getting cold. I called Dormann's at 7 PM last night and left a message. I received a call back in about 15 minutes. An appointment was schedule between 11 AM and 2 PM for the next day (today). I received email and text confirmation of the appointment (they were able to come earlier). This morning I received a text as the technician was on his way. Tyler diagnosed and repaired the problem with my HVAC in about 30 minutes. Clear and timely communication, professional service, and cold air blowing once again! Thanks Dormann's!

This company is totally professional. Sherry’s customer service is above and beyond. She’s courteous, cooperative helpful nothing seems to be a problem answers all questions in a professional manner and has been so helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We called Dormann’s Heating during the extremely cold temperatures in late January 2026. Our upstairs heat was not working. We expected to be on a waitlist. The technician arrived within an hour. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one hour. This top notch service is consistent with past events. Whenever we call for service, they always are prompt and professional. We’ve contacted Dormanns both in the summer heat and winter. The service is always more than satisfactory. We won’t use anyone else.
