Assigned through our warranty company. Very nice. Came out within a few hours. Explained everything to us and made a diagnosis to submit to the company. Did a minor fix to get us through the bad weather headed in tomorrow and will be back to do repairs needed.

Mario did an excellent job on our mini-split. We had gotten several estimates and his was the best using a quality brand. He showed up when he said he would and always provided updates about our job (ordering the mini-split and twp permits). He also did a great job cleaning up when the installation was complete. I would highly recommend him.

Mario is amazing!! We had a problem with our heater over a week ago. We have been bounced around with our home warranty company, and finally got a contractor that cares. Mario got our work order and was able to make it out that day. He took the time to talk to us on a real level and really look into the problem. His honesty and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Mario was able to address our problem (which wasn’t even a problem at all!!!) when the other company tried getting us to replace the whole system. We will be going back to Mario if we ever need help with our HVAC or home appliances again!!!

Mario was awesome! He was quick and efficient with my A/C repairs through 2-10 warranty. He was out the very next day and went to pick up the needed A/C unit himself. I had to call Manzella Home Services about a problem caused by another company the day before while they were doing routine maintenance on my heater. They left me with no heat on a cold winter’s night. Mario recognized the problem and fixed it immediately.
Mario also replaced the relief valve on my hot water heater which had a slow trickle leak. Mario is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He came to my rescue promptly and I am very grateful to him. I strongly recommend Manzella Home Services. It is a company you can totally trust.

Sherri and Michelle in the office were friendly and also very helpful in getting me a quick installation date. Jason and Joey installed the new system very quickly and professionally. Great experience with Domann's! Our water heater died late last night, we reached out and Eric from Dormann's got back to us in under 10 minutes. They were here this morning at 10 and done around noon. The work was excellent and the work area was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend and am so thankful for the quick response and excellent service!
