Dormanns Plumbing goes above and beyond everything that our facility needs for the past 15 years. The office staff is great as well as all of the crew that is dispatched to work. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for honesty, integrity and a solution to all of your plumbing needs!

We could not find a plumber to come and look at our problem without charging a small fortune. A friend of mine recommended Doermann as a reliable, fair priced, does clean work plumber. Needless to say they are all that and more. My husband said give them more stars. We know feel safe in our house in regards to any water problem. Thank you so for the work you did.

We’ve used Dormann’s for several plumbing issues over the past three years since we bought our home, and I can’t recommend them enough. They have always been able to quickly make time to come over. They are professional and do great work. Most importantly they are very fair on their pricing and clearly care about making their clients feel well taken care of. Nice to have them to depend on whenever there are any issues and be able to expect quality service every time. Also, we’re in the middle of Covid-19 stay at Home orders, but we had a shower completely out of commission. They came out in n-95 masks and wore boot coverings in our home. 10/10

Initially, things were going well. However, I was not pleased with the office reception. We were supposed to get plumbing handled by Dorman. We waited on a Phone Call from Dorman to confirm date/time/service and never received one (despite the office saying “oh no we confirmed with***”). Well, no. False. I was waiting on the phone call to confirm service (a week or more ago) as it is since I needed to be home. Anyway, a week and change later after Dorman NEVER even contacted let alone reach out, I wake up to 2 of their technicians at my door ready to work. Which by the way, when technicians are dispatched to their location, they or the company is required to call the customer/client prior to arrival; THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER. Those fellas could have been at another site, and instead had their time wasted when I had to turn them away at the door because of their company not being thorough. But moreover, I’m not a fan of being lied to. The receptionist insisted that they had confirmed service with us, no, no one ever did. Not one phone call was logged in our phones from Dorman except the initial. The issue in this entire situation is bad communication and lying on the side of Dorman. This was and is not appreciated to any extent.

We had a leak somewhere coming out of our upstairs tub drain. Water was coming out of our ceiling downstairs. I called Dormann's to come out and check it out. Nick arrived on time, we isolated the problem, and he took me step by step on how he was going to fix it. I was really pleased with the quality of work as well as the reasonable cost. 10/5 service, will definitely use again. Nick also enjoyed our dogs and gave them some quality pets.

Nick had a new hot water heater installed at our location in less than 24-hours after it malfunctioned.
Due to having to wait so long that day to receive an answer from our landlady to commence work, Nick could have waited until the following day to start the job. Instead, he called and said he would come at 6pm and work for as long as it took to remove and replace the water heater, if we were amenable (and we were).
Nick’s reason for coming over to our location so late when he could have come the following day was a simple and compassionate one: “I didn’t want you to have to go without hot water any longer than was necessary.”

Dormanns has always provided top notch service for our business. From taking care of a nasty sewer line issue to coming in within minutes of calling for an emergency job of a disconnected hot water line that had scalding hot water pouring from the kitchen ceiling which they repaired in less than 30 minutes.

Clean, professional service, as usual! We had an appointment to replace an old, root filled elbow that went through our foundation. The job involved work both in a small crawlspace and outside the house, under a couple inches of snow. Dan and Jeff were careful with drop cloths and boot covers not to bring in any mud from outside, and worked cleanly and quickly. They communicated the job to me well and showed me the problem. I've used Dormann in the past, and HIGHLY recommend the service. There are spotty contractors out there, but this crew is as dependable as they get.

Our water heater stopped working on Labor Day (of course!) but it was not an emergency. I was going to wait until Tuesday to call Dormann's, but decided to leave a message that night to hopefully get on the schedule for Tuesday. To my surprise Anna called first thing Tuesday and Dan and Jeff were at my house at 8:15 am to fix the problem! Anna is such a pleasure to do business with and servicemen Dan and Jeff were great. They resolved the water heater issue and installed a kitchen sink faucet that my husband couldn't get out. We have used Dormann's for 15 years now and have always been satisfied. Things they have repaired/replaced for us in the past include a garbage disposal, water heater, sump pump, outside faucet, and outside shutoff for sprinklers. They are timely, reasonably priced, and get the job done right. I highly recommend them!

Today we had Nick come and diagnose a leak we had from the upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Nick knew what the problem was immediately. He went right to work. Not leaving estimates or double talk. He finished repairing the problem quickly. Nick asked if we needed anything else. We did. Again, he had the proper part in his van and fixed the other problem we had.
Nick is a the most professional service person I have ever met and is a credit to your company. We have never used anyone else for our plumbing service but Dormans.

I recently hired Dormann’s Custom Plumbing for a garbage disposal installation, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. For our most recent service call Nick and his assistant Brett came out after our call for service to the company approximately one hour before their arrival. Nick and Brett were very courteous and careful about cleaning up the area when finished working. Dormann’s has done a lot of plumbing work for my family the last few years. They installed all new custom drain lines for a large home renovation, a new water pressure tank, iron breaker, water softener, and they installed a new bathtub for us. We have a well and had smelly hot water, but the new system they put in has been working great and no more water odor since they installed it two years ago. John and his team are wonderful people and I would highly recommmed them.

Nick was at house on April 22 to replace 9 builder grade, one time use, shutoff valves and 2 outdoor faucet hook ups. He did an outstanding job. He ran into a few issues and kept his cool, while he answered my multiple homeowner questions, which I’m sure he could have done without! I am very pleased with the work he did, the results of his 5 plus hours of activity and the way he cleaned up when it was all done. This is the 4th job Dormann’s has done for me and I appreciate them and their team members so much!!

Yesterday we discovered a bathroom leak at my mother’s house. This gave me anxiety as water can cause so much damage. We called to see if someone could come the same day and appreciated the 2 technicians who came yesterday afternoon and they found and fixed the problem. Great service!! Thanks!

This was our second time using them, and they do not disappoint. I really wish I did a before and after picture. They replaced our shower and bathtub. We couldn't be more happy with. Fair with pricing and made this process extremely easy. They will always be our go to!
