Reviews of local pros in Middlesex, New Jersey

Was very happy they were punctual and they finish in 3 hours like they said..I would defently use their services again...

Jennie’s Clothes Hanger uses Hortensia for our general cleaning and the service is exceptional! Thanks Tony & Jenny

9 hours of cleaning for a big 2 level house. English level reasonable, cleaning level very good. Nice people too. Will use again.

We used their service recently. They did amazing job . Very hard working and reliable.
Will use this service again and would recommend to others as well.

They came in a short notice and cleaned the apartment well. Price was great too.

The 2 women who came did a wonderful job. They were very nice and did more than I asked them to do. I would highly recommend this company.

Great cleaning service! Always on time and always do a great job! Would highly recommend.

Our lease was up and we hired them for an office move out cleaning. 1100 sq ft with break room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. They did a great job!

Hortencia and her team do an amazing job. We used them when we were in Middlesex and now in Readington. Highly recommend them.

Always pleased with Hortensia's work! We have been using this company for years on our rental properties. They never disappoint!

Hortensia is always a progressional that delivers high quality cleaning. She is very easy to work with and I highly recommend her service.

One of the three came late but wouldn't stay late to compensate, nor would they offer a decrease in fee. When making the appointment I said I had a dog, they said it was no problem. When they were upstairs I kept the dog downstairs, and vice versa, or the dog was by my side on leash. The young woman refused to clean. I told you I had a dog, so send someone not afraid of dogs or someone who could work through their fear. She was ridiculous, like dealing with an emotionally disturbed person. They didn't dust, clean the fridge, or do the windows as they said they would. Repeated calls to attempt a mutually satisfactory conclusion were not returned and I was hung up on (I was extremely calm and polite when speaking with them at all times so did not warrant that treatment).

Impeccable service for the move out Cleaning
Theresa and her crew did an amazing job.
They removed every spot from every corner. Cleaned my storage area too.
Definitely recommended.

We were so very happy with the services provided. The team went above and beyond!! We look forward to requesting their services again in the future. Highly recommend!

I have employed Hortensia Cleaning for several years now and they don’t disappoint. They are extremely thorough and detailed, very friendly as well. Everything is left sparkly and clean.

Called them for a last minute deep cleaning before listing my house for sale and they worked hard to accommodate me. They cleaned very well and maintained the price that they quoted me on the phone. They were very polite and kind. I highly recommend!

We hired the company for a move in cleaning. They cleaned well superficially but left most of the grime on the cooking range, dishwasher etc. We had very clearly specified that we wanted the appliances cleaned. Very disappointed. We even sent them pictures of all the grease and grime left behind. After that, they just won't return our call. All this after my husband tipped them for what we thought was a fairly decent job till we looked properly and noticed that everything was still dirty. Will not hire them again. I understand that people make mistakes but to not answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous! We had to hire another cleaning company for a move in cleaning after Hortensia crew left!

I have been using Hortensia Cleaning Service for two years now and everything has been great. Usually two or three employees will come to clean my three bedroom home which takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Worst service ever. They are never on time. Today they said they would be here at 8am and didn’t show. Then said they would be here at 10am. Didn’t show. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have been using Hortensia for over a year now we are Beyond blown away by their service everytime they come they always confirm the night before as we have to put pur dog into daycare for day i highly recommend them

I used Hortensia Cleaning Service last weekend and they did a very good job. They cleaned my 6 bedroom home very well and they used gloves to clean. The workers wore a mask the entire time while working due to the Covid-19 pandemic and they were on time and took their job very seriously. I highly recommend Hortensia Cleaning Service for anyone who needs a very professional cleaning company.
