They did a phenomenal job! I'm still in awe of how clean the entire house is now. They'll even clean the insides of fridges, freezers and cabinets if you need. It would've taken me months to do what they did in just a few hours. I hardly ever leave reviews but they definitely deserve 10 stars!

My first experience comes w/mixed results.. I was told the cleaning crew would arrive @12:00.. They arrive 38 minutes late. Which kept me Waiting.

There was a Language Barrier, as there were Two Spanish speaking ladies..

However, I was Very Pleased with their Cleaning Performance as my Apartment was Left Very Cleaned.

Which I soon forget about the Tardiness..

After completion of the cleaning, there was much Confusion about where to send the $Zelle Payment
(Due to the Language Barrier), which in hindsight should have been a Cash Payment..

I was informed 4 Days later that the $Zelle Payment was successfully completed.. I did Tipped the cleaning ladies $20.00 apiece for a job Very Well done..

I have been using this service for a few years now - and have tried many different ones. They are BY FAR the very best. They are consistent in their cleaning (which is meticulous) and are fairly priced. They are polite and hard working and make my life a bit easier with their cleanup service. Easy to schedule - I just send a text - and they come to my area which is a bit out of the way for them - without a complaint. I appreciate the consistency!

Cleaning was decent but pricing was not consistent with discussion prior to appt.
Asked for size of house and # of rooms,, bathrooms etc. My house is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,600 sq. ft. In the end they charged nearly double what they quoted.

Quoted $160 for deep cleaning for 2 ladies for 3 hours. Came late with 3 ladies and said now it is only 2 hours because of an extra person, spent all their time on the first floor and then said if I want the upstairs cleaned it will be another 2 hours with the 3 women, so another $160. I objected and told them to finish quickly, they did 1.5 hours and I was charged $287.
Also, only one on the team speaks understands English. I have had House Cleaners for 25 years. What they clean they do fairly well, but they do not polish wood furniture.
Also, you get different pricing from Teresa and Hortensia.
Spoke with Hortensia about the $287 , she said that shouldn't happened and will check into it. A week later, no response, left text message but no response. Very disappointed.
They also advertise 30-Day Refund Guarantee, but obviously that is not the case.

We had a great experience! We live in Scotch Plains NJ and they were able to service our location. I appreciate that the professionals paid attention to details and actually moved necessary items out of the way to ensure fully cleaned. The ladies were respectful and nice. They both worked nonstop for the dedicated hours. It was easy to call and make an appointment, they worked with our budget which was important for us. The company offers a lot of services aside from interior residential cleaning. I look forward to using services on a monthly basis!!

Hortensia's crew arrived at our home on time. They brought all of their own supplies and did a wonderful job. The house smells so good and is sparkling. They were efficient and paid attention to detail. We'll be using their services on a regular basis moving forward.

The service was really good. We recently had some reno work done and there was reno dust. The reno dust, was completely removed from the house. The stove was dirty and was cleaned really well. We are very happy with the service and cleaning. Would surely recommend.

My experience with this pacific landscaping company was very disappointing. From the beginning, there was poor communication, failure to meet the agreed timeline, and the final work did not match what was promised or meet professional standards. Customer service was also lacking, and when I tried to address the issues, I did not receive a proper solution. I invested both time and money expecting quality service, but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsibility, professionalism, and quality results.

New vinyl fence fell apart after first storm. My deck lights have never fully operated they blink constantly and they are different colors. I was promised that they would come back to repair the lights and they stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. They also stole pavers from my yard. Worst experience.
