Landscaping install project

If there is a rating for 0, that’s what they deserve! Stay away from this company! We made the first appontment and they came 10 mins early before I get there and they just left. Okay, we rescheduled it, then they never shown up. I waited for 10 minutes and called them, then the lady said it will be $100 for come out for an estimate. First, this is never mentioned when I first call. Secondly, didn’t you already scheduled my appointment? Nw you tell me you won’t come until I pay for it? Sound like a business that will change the cost and not reliable!

This company is just a liar. We started the whole conversation with redo the flower beds. If you tell me a cost for estimate, I will not even will have the second reschedule appointment. Just your response can show how your company is difficult to work with. Folks, just stay away from it. Period!

The owner Dan was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. I would not recommend him or his business to anyone. Upon his arrival, he was very impersonal, rude, and was like a used car salesman telling me you tell me what you want to spend and I will tell you what we can do. I was not impressed, dismissed him and located several other much better priced and professional landscape professionals.

I got a recommendation for them when my landscaper cut back his business. The quote was timely and reasonable. They showed up when promised and cleaned up the property immaculately!

If you need your property to look good, these guys are who you need to call. I use them for a business property.

Extremely professional and honest with completion of services. Prices are very competitive and I was very happy with the work done at our home. We will continue to use Intelliscape for our lawn maintenance.

Dan and his team were great! We were starting from scratch with overgrown bushes. Dan and his team completely transformed the front of our house. We won't hesitate to use them for the backyard.

We used Intelliscape out of convenience since they regularly maintained our neighbor's lawn. The bare minimum of mowing the lawn is done. There is no schedule regarding maintenance. Someone shows up at random different days of the week with no warning. We have dogs and a gate we have to open and, most times, its not convenient. There are no notifications when someone will be coming out. Out of loyalty to this company, we reached out several times for full "clean up" of weeds, pruning, etc. After multiple ignored calls and messages, we chose a date which was no showed (after my husband took the day off of work). We were told "have a different team for cleanup" to show up the next day when we were unavailable, so we rescheduled. There was never a quote or estimate. Finally, 2 men showed up (the same men that cut the lawn, not a different team by the way). When we realized 2 hours went by with the bare minimum done, bushes being ripped out (which we didn't anticipate or asked about, but not the weeds that we did want removed) we called the company. We (as usual) were treated rudely but assured the owner was coming by. When Dan arrived, my husband and I were greeted without a hello, but with a "what's the discrepancy here?" When we addressed our concerns, we were treated with arrogance and a very dismissive and condescending attitude. Now..the best part..the men completed their "job" but not the entire yard. There were weeds left, messy trimming, and an entire side of the yard was untouched..for $500!! At least have a better attitude, better customer service or if anything, be a professional for that price! We are throughly disappointed and disgusted with the way Dan runs his business. From the shoddy work to the rude woman who answers phones and schedules appointments and especially the unprofessionalism of the business owner. Lesson learned. Moving on next year 👎👎👎
