We have been using Bob as our plumber for over 20 years. He runs his operation well (including good follow-up from his wife re when he will arrive @ appointments, easy estimates, and good recommendations), provides very high-quality workmanship, makes sure to answer any questions about what he's done, and leaves the area he worked in clean and neat. We have used Bob for jobs from new water heaters to replacing faucets to installing new toilets & simply wouldn't use anyone else. We feel very lucky to have found someone as reputable and effective as Bob.

Bob Hoegler Plumbing is professional, courteous, punctual and skilled. I've used Bob numerous times in the past and even today on Christmas eve - from sump pump replacement to leaky shower heads and "toilet tune-ups", Bob is my go-to for all things plumbing. Highly recommended!

Bob made a not-so-fun experience palatable for me and my husband. We moved into a new house and the shower and toilet backed up. He came out within an hour and half of being called at 8am on a Sunday to fix the problem. He also identified a bigger issue that we were somewhat concerned about and came out the following morning to fix it. Bob hoegler of Hoegler Plumbing did several plumbing jobs at my home. In every case the job was completed in an excellent manner. Not only did Bob replace my hot water heater and associated piping but he checked the plumbing in the entire house advising me of potential problems. He also let me know that the water pressure in my house was low and replaced the pressure valve raising the pressure to an acceptable level. My water pressure was so low before he replaced the valve my sprinkler heads would not come up in certain areas. Now my entire sprinkler system works better then when it was new. Bob also checked the water pressure at each sink to make sure that the system was balanced. Bob is very professional and very informative. He did not pressure me concerning other faults that he found. Bob is always available when a plumber is needed. He comes to my house within the same day. I never had to wait more than one day for service. He leaves the area he works in cleaner then he found it. When the township inspected the job Bob did, not only did it pass inspection but the inspector told me that he did excellent work and that applies to all the jobs he does in the township. I will always call on Bob in the future for my plumbing needs. You get what you pay for and Hoegler Plumbing gives you the best job in the plumbing field.

Bob and Mark did an exceptionally good job of identifying and repairing a leak in the basement and also fixed a water heater leak. They are very thorough with their work and don’t cut corners which we especially liked. Definitely recommend.

Bob is one of the best plumbers that I have had the pleasure of using. Bob helped me out with a simple toilet fix on a Sunday night, no less! His price was reasonable for the hour of night. He was able to come over in an hour and fixed what I was not able to do. He even gave good suggestions for future work that I inquired about. Stay away from your franchise plumbers and go with Bob! Bob Hoegler has been our only plumber for around 25 years. We have always found him to be a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable plumber. When Bob does a job you know it is done correctly and he won't have to come back to fix it. His experience and personal attention to detail reassures you that he will complete the job worry-free. One important factor is we know we can count on Bob to "save" us when plumbing troubles arise. Once Bob came to our house on Easter Sunday to fix the bathroom toilet when we had a house full of company. He also came once at 8:00 pm when we had water in the basement. These are only two examples that show he cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Bob Hoegler for any plumbing job you have. I was very pleased with the service that we received. Bob came the same day, even though it was a Saturday. Bob's wife called to keep me posted on what time he would arrive and he arrived exactly when she said. Bob knew just what we needed and my husband was able to get the fixture while the plumbers worked. All the work was completed within a couple of hours. They worked very cleanly. The floor may actually have been cleaner when they left!

The two guys I had here today were fantastic, they took care of the two toilets that needed repair and answered my questions and also gave me some helpful advice. I highly recommend Bob Hoegler plumbing for all of your plumbing needs

Had a plumbing emergency late tuesday, Bob arrived within 30 minutes of my call as promised. He assessed the issue right away, explained what happened and what he will do to fix the problem and how long it will take and the cost. Everything was spot on. You can see right away Bob is an true professional and takes pride in his work. Hoegler plumbing is now on my contact list. I highly recommend him.

Bob has done work for me in the past. He’s returns calls promptly (which is unusual for plumbers today) and schedules appointments within a day or two for non-emergencies. He is professional, does good work, cleans up if need be, and his prices are fair. I would recommend and use him in the future

I recently used Bob Hoegler as the plumber in my kitchen renovation project. He did a wonderful job and everything was working in a few hours. He is now my new plumber. Here is why

We were renovating our kitchen, I get home around 4:00 pm and the cabinet installer tells me we need to move the gas connection a few inches because it was too close to the edge of the cabinet.

This needed to happen ASAP so I called a plumbing company that I have used in the past (large one for the central NJ area) and they informed me that the soonest they could come to give me an estimate was in two days and the work could be done the following week. I could not wait that long so I started looking for local plumbers that could do it sooner.

Using my computer, I got some plumbers numbers & started making calls to see if they could help me. When I got to Bob the person on the phone told me that she would have Bob call me in a few minutes. He called I explained my situation and the urgency of getting this done ASAP.

Bob and his men where at my house 2 hours later and moved the gas line on the spot. My project was not delayed due to his help. When I needed the rest of the installation to be finished I call Bob again & he got all my appliances hooked up and running.

Bob Hoegler is an experienced, knowledgeable and candid businessman. He responded quickly to the service call at my residence and scoped the job for accuracy the first day and returned the following day upon obtaining the correct electric hot water tank for replacement. He and his coworker completed the job - making modifications to ensure code and regulations were adhered to ultimately being signed off on by my township’s inspector.

Bob replaced our water heater. I was able to schedule the job quickly. He did a great job, very meticulous and clean. Even the inspector was impressed!! Would highly recommend.

Very highly recommend Bob Hoegler for any of your plumbing needs. I called his office at 8am Monday morning stating that my hot water wasn't working. They said Bob would be there shortly after 9am. The problem was with my hot water heater which was 12 years old and needed to be replaced. By 2pm Bob had installed a brand new hot water heater. I have been a customer of Bob’s for 3+ years. He and his partner Mark are the absolute Best plumbers. And, I have recently had a major emergency when a copper hot water pipe burst in my ceiling. Bob and Mark were here within a 1/2 hour. Their work is stellar. And, they are so clean and pleasant to deal with. I always know my plumbing jobs are done absolutely perfect and don’t have to worry. I called Bob Hoegler Plumbing as we had a plumbing problem with one of our showers not functioning properly. Bob quickly came to the house and repaired the faucet. This was no easy repair job as the faucet is a unique, complex European brand. However Bob got everything working well again and throughout the process kept the work area neat and clean. Bob, Maryann and Bob’s work associate were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, prompt and courteous. We initially called to have our broken garbage disposal replaced and in the process of checking some connecting piping in the basement he noticed and subsequently mentioned to us that our water heater was 15 years old. So, we had Bob install a new one - a seamless process and he pointed out other potential problems that he saw and was very thorough explaining possible issues with the repairs (it’s an old house). We really appreciated his honesty, and thorough explanations. We are planning to call him again for other issues that we have.
