This the third time we’ve had to use Plumbing Solutions services.
This time we had the pleasure of working with Reuben. He was also very pleasant, informative and professional.
He accessed the issue, provided different solutions and their cost. He also took the time to patiently answer questions related to other issues I may need repaired down the line.
Plumbing Solutions definitely knows the definition of QUALITY.
I will continue use their services!

Sagio and John were great . Lots of our house work was last minute items. They spent all day to fixed everything and clean up very well.

A wonderful experience from the appointment call to the complete repair. The customer service assistant Karen was very caring and calming. Karen knew exactly what my issue was, assured me all the technicians have all the parts I needed for repair. Ruben was my technician and he shook my hand and was very pleasant. He answered all of my many questions and remained extremely polite and pleasant throughout the entire process. I Was very anxious however between Karen and Ruben I felt very uncomfortable. One hour of work costs more than $730. It is a rip-off. I knew it was a rip-off when the plumber was in my rental property, but I was busy with something else and did not want to leave my tenants in limbo, so I authorized the work over the phone. But I would caution anybody who needs to hire a plumber.

Rueben, the plumber they sent out, was prompt and very informative. He took his time and explained every availible repair option. Repair was quick and done well.

First Karen made making an appointment and following up with text with arrival and name of tech (Luis) so easy.when he arrived on time the caring and professionalism continuied. Im 80 years old and it wasnice to see that there are still good people in this crazy world we live in now .

First we would like to thank Plumbing Solutions for their rapid response.  As luck would have it, our plumbing emergency occurred late on a Sunday night.  We called at 7:30 Monday morning and the answering service offered us the option of paging the on-call person or getting a callback when the office opened.  We chose the callback, which came only a few minutes after 8 am.  We were pleasantly surprised when we were given an appointment for the same day, between 12 and 3.  We were even happier when Elijah arrived a few minutes before 12.  It turned out that our problem was difficult to fix, but Elijah knew what to do and persisted until it was resolved.  He was patient, informative, and and polite throughout the process.  We recommend him highly.

Sergio and John used their expertise to quickly resolve the many issues I was facing. They offered helpful advice and feedback. Both were extremely pleasant, which is invaluable when having work done in your home.

We had leaky pipes under our kitchen sink. Our tech Elijah was terrific- came on time, put on booties without asking and fixed us up. No more leak. Besides being knowledgeable was also a pleasant person. This is our 2nd experience with this company and both very positive. We'll be back.

Eli and his team (Patrick and John) were excellent. They diagnosed the issues and implemented the repairs in a professional manner after first explaining what was needed. They were efficient and thorough while ensuring that our property was protected and kept clean. They replaced over ten feet of drain-to-sewer piping, the risers to the kitchen sink and laundry, and all of the interior below-sink plumbing, even tightening and replacing the two sink drains. I would confidently recommend Eli and his team to anyone for any job. We will definitely use them later this year to replace two toilets (we will ask for them by name). Five stars all the way.

Today I had a new hot water heater replaced by Eli and Patrick from plumbing solutions. They did a great job. They explained things to me and answered every question I had. I would recommend plumbing solutions to anyone!

The service was excellent, Louis the technician came on time, was professional and friendly, did not try to sell us a whole new pump unit, diagonized the issue and just charged us for what was essential. We have been using them for 20 yrs. Don the owner is very good as well

My kitchen floor is a wood laminate and today I noticed it was warped and wet. I called Plumbing Solutions and they came within an hour or two to see the icemaker copper coil was kinked. I was beyond grateful for their service. It was repaired.

We needed emergency service for a pipe leak and they came out right away. Their communication was clear and they were up front with their pricing. They were able to get it repaired and our water back running in a couple hours.
