I called them at 12 pm, within an hour Eli was showing me the damage to my water heater. He told me all my options and at no point was he pushy to close a deal. At 4:30PM the new water heater was up and running. Out of curiosity I called one of their local competitors and told them what I was getting and the price, they told me the best they would have done was $300 more than what I was charged. This Plumbing Solutions really puts the customer before the dollars and that’s very admirable in these days. I’ve already refereed them to my family and friends to them.

Emergency leak in basement ceiling. He found where it was coming from, cut the hole in the ceiling and replaced the pipe and fittings.... Hooray, leak stopped. Could have been a horror, but he came right away and took care of everything... Eli is his name.... Plumbing Solutions is a great company and they have helped us with other things over the years... highly recommend.

This company has really nice plumbers highly experienced at replacing fixtures in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements—toilets, water heaters, reverse osmosis units, water conditioners, and more. They consistently have offered quick responses and caring service. I’ve turned to them for years.

Kitchen sink drain pipe repair. Elijah came out and gave me 2 options. Fortunately the less labor intensive option worked. Elijah also pointed out some issues that may need attention in time. Will definately use this company in th future.

Called Plumbing Solutions for a water main line replacement. Incredibly responsive, Luis showed up and was very thorough and transparent about expectations regarding estimate. Luis and team came out and did an excellent job (including the excavator team that they used) First time using them and will be my go to plumber going forward. Now I get why they have such great reviews. Customer, quality service equals success.

Plumbing Solutions got me out of a tight spot. Toilet backed up and guests coming the next day.
The guys working on my problem would not quit till everything was fixed. And they made sure it was done right. They were professional and courteous.

We contacted this company because we needed to repair or possibly replace our shower panel. They came out, assessed the situation, and quoted us $2,000, stating that the job would require a full day of work and would require breaking the wall.
Something about that estimate didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to get a second opinion. Another professional came in, quoted us $400, and completed the entire job in 2.5 hours. All that was required was removing the existing panel, adjusting the brackets, and hanging the new panel.
The difference in both price and projected time was staggering. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never call them again.

Karen in the office was absolutely lovely and responded to my concern so that the master plumber, Luis, was at my house first thing in the morning. And Luis is truly a Master Plumber in addition to being a decent person. He took the time to explain everything to me and provided helpful advice. These days, when many are so grumpy and outcomes not always so great, my experience with Plumbing Solutions was exceptional.

Disappointed with the experience. Needed a bathroom sink repair and the technician came in with a sales pitch. 7 point inspection throughout the home and then proceeded to sit at my table to go over the companies various programs offered with the highest cost being $6-7,000!! Finally got around to the seal that needed replacement and gave a cost of $449. The technician was very nice but the company and the focus on selling coverage programs verses focussing on the fix they were brought in for was disappointing. Will not seek services from this company again. I paid the trip fee of $79.00 and we went out separate ways.

I would highly recommend 'Plumbing Solutions' to any homeowner who is looking for a reliable and professional plumbing company for their home plumbing needs.
From the friendly interaction with the receptionist who scheduled my service to the arrival of our service technician, Reuben, who explained things as he surveyed the sink issue, I had confidence that I made the right choice with Plumbing Solutions. I was impressed that Reuben took photos of the sink (above and below) with his ipad as he analyzed the problem. He explained that he needed to replace the sink strainer and that another technician would bring the needed one within the hour. He provided a cost estimate so we were fully aware prior to completing the job.
We appreciated that Reuben offered to complete a 7-Point Safety Assessment of our water pressure, water heater, water monitor/leak protection and washing machine hoses.
Once the correct strainer arrived, Reuben installed the new piece, checked the faucet and wiped clean as needed.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also returned in the evening, after hours, as there was a small issue with my new water heater.
He went above and beyond his duties and I appreciate the fact that he was so diligent.

We have radiant heat at our home and before we met Don the owner of Plumbing Solutions we had 3 other companies take a look at our issue. All 3 could not address the system issues. After we contacted Plumbing Solutions Don immediately knew what had to be done and we were up and running in just a few days.

We had a water heater replaced. Luis came over and was super nice and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and took his time to explain all of my options. They were very careful while bringing in the new equipment and keeping our house clean. I have great trust in the company and Luis that I would use them for all of my plumbing needs

Had a leak and also wanted to replace laundry room faucet. The leak will be fixed next week with a new toilet. Which is fine since our current toilet has been iffy for a while and is 35 years old. Eli's work was neat. He was polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Plumbing Solutions (Cole and Elijah) was very helpful and provided useful information. No pressure.

1. I wanted them to come and Perform a diagnostic to understand why I was having a clog and then drain and then head backflow in my kitchen sink that overflowed. The problem ended up resolving itself, based on some suggestions from Elijah. Elijah provided three different potential resolutions after checking my system if they should be a reoccurrence all for the base coming out charge.

2. My backup battery on my sump pump was making an alarm. Elijah suggested getting a new backup battery as a sump pump seemed to be fine.

I found Plumbing Solutions very understanding and empathetic without any pressure whatsoever. I recommend them.

Eli did a masterful job of identifying the leaks in our kitchen sink and replaced the needed items. Professionally installed, verified and cleaned up after himself. I have used Plu.bing solutions before to install an on demand how water system to replace my water boiler and they are great! Highly recommend Don and his whole team. Thank you!

Luis came to my house and thoroughly inspected everything that I thought I was having problems with. He was patient and kind spent a lot of time explaining to me his recommendations for plumbing improvements. He provided on the job estimates and this company does not charge A service fee to come out to your home. Plumbing solutions is not a gigantic corporate company. It's a small Business, which I love working with. Highly recommend!
