I will always use Plumbing solutions. When I called their customer service was very helpful In determining what needed to be done. They set up a time frame which their worker Stanley came and was on time and courteous. The problem was resolved quickly. Truly, a reliable company.

Plumbing Solutions is a great company to deal with. They do what they promise to do. The tech, Eli, is a terrific young man - knowledgeable and pleasant. The prices are very fair. Happy to recommend them.

Plumbing Solutions are the best! I was able to obtain an appointment right away. The technician Luis, was able to identify my problem and repair it with ease. He arrived on time, he was respectful of my property and he was very professional. He does quality work and their prices are reasonable. I have used their services in the past and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

We had a propane hot water heater tank installed last year by Plumbing Solutions. The job was well done and the technician Reuben responded quickly and professionally when we noticed a propane odor. He persevered until he found the cause and fixed it.

Following the recent snow storm on the east coast, we found our heater out of service when we returned home from a short trip away. It was off and surrounded by carbon soot. We phoned Plumbing Solutions as we did not know if it would be safe to try to light up the system. Sergio at Plumbing Solutions came and assessed the problem. He recommended to have our chimney cleaned out and serviced before getting the system up and running again. After sorting that out with St John’s Chimney sweeps, the heater was restarted but unfortunately it continued to produce thick smoke with very dirty combustion and ceased to work altogether. Sergio came back and attempted to clean the burners and get it going again. However the heater became irreparably damaged.

This chain of events sounds really bad, and apparently so rare it had never happened before. It is precisely in situations like this that it’s a great peace of mind to have Plumbing Solutions behind you. Don, the owner, reached out and managed to replace our heater with a new one under warranty. The team did their best to source the replacement quickly, which is not easy because propane burning tanks are infrequently installed. Reuben and the crew did a fast and professional replacement job. We are really thankful for the help provided by Plumbing Solutions. We appreciated Don’s commitment to do right by his customers finding a solution that worked. Thanks to them we can enjoy hot water again!

knowledgeable, professional, and diligent throughout the entire process of repairing our broken pipe which extended from the top floor of our house to the basement. They thoroughly explained each step of the process with absolute transparency, which was both comforting and informative for us both. Plumbing Solutions was so helpful!! I had an emergency with the kitchen faucet that was leaking very quickly, and they help me with directions on how to shut my water off. Then they were at my house within 30 minutes and replaced the faucet. Ruben was very friendly and knowledgeable...

I had Plumbing Solutions here yesterday to install a new water heater, Bradford White 50 Gallon Gas Atmospheric 65k BTUs Water
Heater, since I was tired of not having enough hot water, and it took forever for the hot water to get to the kitchen. The water pipes are under a slab and make things even worse.

I now can get hot water in the kitchen in maybe 30 seconds compared to 5 minutes. Before, I would have to go do something else, like laundry, while I waited for the hot water to reach the kitchen. I can now also take a bath in my SafeStep bath/shower and get enough hot water so I don't have to rinse my hair in cold water!

Patrick and Luis were great. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything that they did and went from sink to sink checking the hot water. They are very knowledgeable. They were very clean while working and cleaning up. I strongly recommend Plumbing Solutions. Gotta go with the best if want the best! :-)

I am new to the area and a neighbor told me to call Plumbing Solutions and Elijah Basse was the tech who performed the work. Elijah was very respectful and arrived within an hour of my call to the company. The pipe that had frozen was connected to the washing machine and he had knowledge quickly in repair of this issue. As frustrating as it is to have plumbing issues Steve was so professional and got straight to the issue! He was able to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from in my ceiling and gave the proper advice for how to deal with it. 1000/10 recommend him!!

Honestly, these guys are the best plumbers. They were attentive, responsive, service oriented. We came home from break to a leaking ceiling and ruined living room. They came, opened up the walls, found the damage and walked us through the process. They changed corroded laundry pipes, installed a new laundry pipe box, and changed the toilet connector all at a reasonable rate & with quick response time . They listen, assess, and do their job well. Their office staff is great too.

Ben went above and beyond with the service performed all while making sure I was satisfied with what was going to be and what was done. Can't say enough about Ace Plumbing! As always ACE plumbing came out and did a fantastic job. Their technician (Jake) was courteous and professional and handled our plumbing repair job very quickly. This has been our 5th or 6th interaction with ACE and we would recommend them to any and all of our family and friends.

Called ACE Wednesday morning with a few issues and Ben, the tech, was at our house before noon the same day looking over and discussing solutions to each of the issues. In less than an hour we had detailed estimates for each job. We decided to handle each job separately in order of importance, called ACE back to set up the appointment, and the job was completed the next day. The customer service, knowledge, and craftsmanship are all top notch. We will definitely be using ACE for all of our plumbing needs.
