Quick service and decent prices. Bob was attentive and worked quickly to install our kitchen faucet and under-the-sink filter. Work was done in a professional manner and they even explained to us how the faucet and the filter works ! I highly recommend him.

Contacted this company on a Sunday and someone immediately answered the phone, was friendly and set up appointment the very next day. Bob came out and completed the work quickly and was affordable. Bob and his partner were friendly/courteous and checked other small plumbing issue questions while on site. Will only use this company moving forward.

We were redoing our kitchen and I wanted a plumber to take a look at some issues with the way the kitchen sink plumbing, including the water meter, were set up. It's always looked like a mess, and we knew it wasn't right. The water meter was also in an annoying spot taking up a lot of useful cabinet space. On top of that the mainshut off valve was the old kind you keep turning and turning until finally it's off, and I KNEW that would eventually leak/break. I figured I'm investing a lot in a new kitchen I don't want to ruin it if that happens, and now while there were no cabinets in the way it made sense to do it. So I called around and Bob had great reviews plus was able to come that day and look at it. He pointed out several issues in addition to my concerns which made sense, and gave me a quote. While it seemed pricey, plumbing is just never cheap, and I had already received a similar quote from another plumber over the phone, so I went for it and did the WHOLE thing, including moving the water meter into a better spot. I knew it was a lot of work, and again I wanted to protect my investment.

Bob and his assistant did a Fantastic job! He even found another issue, a cut in another pipe that could leak, and patched that up without charging me extra. My wife came home and LOVED how much better it looked. He put in TWO 1/4 turn pro shut off valves for the main water. The 2nd was at an easier spot for me to access, and he threw that in at no extra charge too! That's DOUBLE the safety if 1 ever goes (which it should not!). He put in new hot and cold water valves, plus the fridge water and dishwasher links, and he replaced the drain pipe correctly right up to the main waste pipe and capped it so I could finish it up once the cabinets and sink were in place. After that we got the new cabinets in, and what a difference that made in how we could use that space, and how much NICER It looked and functioned. I was able to finish up the plumbing myself with the instructions he provided. He quoted me a price if I needed him to come back and hook all that up, but THAT I could handle. However I could NOT do what he did with everything else. It's absolutely worth it to hire a professional and Bob is an artist. Thanks Bob for a great job, getting it done quickly and professionally, and putting up with my occasional "supervising" haha. I know it will last us and it was absolutely worth every penny!! Amazing from start to finish. Called late morning and had service early afternoon. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. Bob was amazing and the job was complete to my utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone out there who needs plumbing work.

With the heavy rains we had, my sump pumped must of worked twice as hard. I noticed it wasn't kicking in anymore and realize it stopped working. My limited plumbing skills told me it was broke, I still had water rising so I could not leave it for another day. I called Bob Hoagler which several friends used and raved about the quality service. Bob came in gave me a good price and jumped right in to replace it. There was no delay in obtaining parts which was my concern. He did a great job, I had no damage due to Bob's quick service. My water heater started to leak a couple of days before I was leaving for vacation. I needed it to be replaced ASAP. I had called a different company first who quoted me a higher price than Bob and who also could not complete it as quickly. Bob came and installed a new water heater the SAME DAY so I was back up and running in just a few hours! The whole team was amazing to work with!! Thanks Bob and Maryanne!!

Bob did an awesome job with our pot filler rough-in on VERY short notice after an amateur "plumber" completely botched the job.
This guy came over next day, on New Years Eve and did excellent work.

He has replaced faucets, moved a gas line for my dryer, repaired a shower head and installed a sump pump and back-up sump pumps system for me. I have used Bob Hoegler plumbing for about 30 years now. That in itself should tell you how great a plumber he is. He is knowledgeable and professional. Be it fixing (or preventing) frozen pipes, dripping faucets, replacing water heaters or toilets Bob has done it all for us. I highly recommend Bob.

I called to schedule an appointment for what I thought was a simple drip in the bathtub pipping. I sent Maryann Hoegler a picture to help identify what parts, if any, may be needed. Shortly after I got a call from Bob Hoegler. He noticed in the picture a discoloration of the thermostatic mixing valve, which is a device that regulates hot water temperature. When he arrived the same day with Mark to investigate they confirmed that the valve was the culprit. Then came another unexpected challenge. The valve was located in a place that is very hard to reach. Bob and Mark came up with a game plan to deal with the reach problem and replaced the valve. The seals needed to settle. Bob and Mark came back a couple of days later to turn on the water and inspect. The repair was completed. My wife and I were impressed with Bob and Mark's workmanship and professionalism.

I have used Bob Hoegler plumbing for several of my plumbing needs. His responsiveness and professionalism is beyond reproach. With each ing situation that I encountered
it was an emergency situation and Bob and his assistant , who was also so professional, were there to fix the problem immediately. You can feel more than confident when you use their services.

Bob has been a lifesaver since we experienced an old cast iron sewer line break in November 2022. I would definitely and highly recommend Bob Hoegler for any and all plumbing issues you may encounter.

Early one morning my water heater broke. I called Bob Hoegler and he came out that afternoon and seamlessly installed a new water heater. He completed everything same day, and by the afternoon we had hot water. I can't say enough good things about his company, they were extremely professional and friendly. He also charged a very fair amount, and also made the permit process very easy and took care of everything. He is the only person I would call back for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Came out and took care of my main issue and helped with two other issues we found. Yes he is expensive, but he knows what he is doing, and gets it done fast and clean. If you want to save money try youtube, but for me calling Bob was the right choice. Hopefully no more leaks, but I will call Bob again if needed.

Hi - I rarely write reviews but for Bob , I am compelled to.

I recently sold my home in which I used another licensed plumber to fix a minor leak in our basement. It turns out the repair job was not done properly and created a huge problem that was going to jeopardize the closing.

I found Bob out of chance through local google, saw the reviews and took a shot. He arrived, inspected and gave his honest opinion on what to do. We took his advice to delay the repair (due to weather) knowing that it was a chance of delaying the sale - Bob was transparent and explained his reasoning. In our minds, were thinking - wow a a technician who actually wasnt just quick to do the repair in hopes of just getting paid quickly...

Bob came back, late night and weekend - went above and beyond and repaired the issue. World of a difference, both myself as a the seller and the buyer were very pleased with the work done. It was professional, it was clean and you can tell the workmanship was top notch.

Call Bob a few days ago. No problems accommodating my schedule. He showed up on time & thoroughly explained everything to me that needed to be done. Each job was completed to my satisfaction. Bob & his assistant kept everything clean and once they where done you couldn’t tell I had a plumber over. Extremely professional & I highly recommend as I will be using him as needed.

I called Bob when I had an emergency situation with my water heater and needed help fast. He was recommended by my father because he had done great work for him as well. Even though my home is quite a bit further from Bob's central location, they said they could get there that day. They took the time to go over all of my options beforehand so they were ready to go when they arrived, and to make sure my new water heater would be the type that was the best fit for my family. Work was efficient, clean, and professional. They even added a new emergency pan with a discharge into my French drain and spotted and replaced a couple of old nearby valves that were in poor condition after we discussed. They also followed up to go over everything involved with the permit, to make sure I had everything I needed for the necessary paperwork. I will use their services in the future and highly recommend Bob Hoegler Plumbing.

I have used Bob Hoegler for many years. Most recently he replaced the extension tank on my hot water heater when I discovered a leak. In the past, he came and installed a back-up sump pump in my prior house 2 days before Hurricane Sandy and saved my finished basement from being flooded.
