Love coming here for reliable dry cleaning with good pricing and fast turnaround times.

The new owners are quick, thorough, and extremely kind. Exactly what I want out of a laundry service.

I have used these folks for years and have had great service and have never had issues with their dry cleaning. Family run and very accommodating.

Our usual dry cleaners was closed for a week of vacation so we tried National. Will never use them again since all of our clothes smell like cigarette smoke. We’ve tried airing things out but it’s deeply imbedded in the clothes. Not excited to spend additional money to try and fix the issue, to say the least.

My Prada shirt came back with strange wrinkles in it and some strange dents and damage, might have paid to have my nice shirt ruined :( . I have to try to iron them out, Kinda ridiculous don't you think. Also my wife's skirt was safety pinned to the hanger. Very dissappointed. not going back. wish I could get a refund. $10 for a gamaged shirt.

Their equipment has left rust stains on two of my mother's white outfits. They included a note on one that they couldn't remove the stains (which weren't there before the item was brought to them). With the other I walked out of the store only to immediately return to ask that they remove the stain. They didn't. And when I got home I saw how much rust had been deposited on the clothing in other places. The jacket also was yellower than the rest of the outfit. I've been able to remove or reduce the staining with peroxide but who sends their clothes to a cleaners with the expectation they will be returned with stains! Time to invest in some new equipment.

These people are a disaster. They ruined multiple articles of clothing. On top of incompetence, they are rude and arrogant. Take your business elsewhere.

My go to for cleaning, great service and wonderful people. I believe the Kimberly Cleaners folks took over, and you can tell in the quality of service. Highly recommended!

Worst experience at any tailor or any business since moving into the area 11 years ago. They charged me $55 for sleeves, cuffs and waist alterations on a new suit. When I picked it up a week later, they had only altered one of the sleeves, and that was still too long. Then they left the inseam so long the pants were dragging on the floor. And they didn't bother with the waist. When I went to pick it up, they insisted they had not charged me for the waist and shook me down for another $18. Oh and there was no break on the cuffs (I had requested a medium break). By contrast got the same job done right the first time on another suit at Nina's for $44 all in.

National Cleaners is my go to spot for all of my dry cleaning and tailoring. I've brought clothing from pants to nice shirts to be cleaned and it is always the best quality.

Great service! I was in need of a job to be done quickly and they promised me it would be done- I got a call the day before to tell me my garment was ready! Very friendly and professional

The new ownership here is doing an amazing job ! They were super friendly and warm when I went in and the quality of the cleaning and care taken with my clothes was amazing. Would highly recommend

They damaged my shirt and wanted to charge me for it. Told me I wouldn't wear it with a stain right. Also told me they wished they could make everybody happy. My shirt cost $195 it was a gift and don't have the receipt. They gave me a hard time and refused to reimburse me. They wanted to charge me full price $128 for their work.Proceeded to charge me $100 for everything otherwise wouldn't give me any of my clothing back. I will be disputing the charge.

I’ve started coming here since it came under new ownership, and the difference is absolutely night and day. It’s in a convenient location with easy parking, and the new owner is so friendly and attentive. I haven’t had any issues at all, these people are professionals. Seems like I found my new drycleaners.

Under new ownership and absolutely loving the service level I’ve been receiving. I’ll be sure to utilize them for my dry cleaning services moving forward. Reasonably priced, friendly, and conveniently located in town. What more to ask for?

This place is a gem of a find! From the moment I stepped through their doors, I knew I was in for a superior experience. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly attentive to my needs.
Their dry cleaning services are also outstanding. My garments came back looking brand new, and I could tell they were handled with care. It's evident that the team takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to deliver impeccable results.
Furthermore, their turnaround time is impressive. Despite the high quality of their work, they managed to complete my alterations and dry cleaning in a timely manner, allowing me to have my garments back when I needed them.
Overall, I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a reliable and professional establishment for your tailoring and dry cleaning needs in Montclair, look no further. You won't be disappointed with the exceptional service and quality craftsmanship provided by this establishment. -
The new owner is amazing! Super friendly, prompt and kind. The prices are very competitive and lower than those of the previous owners. You can tell he cares about his clients and takes care of the clothes.

Michelle and Sony are a husband and wife team that have been in business for over 40 years. They’re honest, talented, and very hard working.

Quick, friendly, and accommodating! Walked my partner to the car when she had a lot to carry. Tailored a suit perfectly and quickly.

I machine washed a winter parka I shouldn’t have and ripped one of the inside fabric panels.
I had visited the shop before and noticed all of the precision sewing machines behind the front counter, so I decided to give them a try.
The woman, I wish I could remember her name, examined the damaged seam and stated that it would require a hidden stitch, how much was the repair (reasonable), come back in a couple of days to pick it up.
Boy was I amazed by the handiwork.
I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged beforehand.
I worked in the area and had spoken with a few of their customers, everyone said they do great work with the dry cleaning but most often the women say they love the tailoring.
