Mark explained the tile cleaning and epoxy work needed in our bathub.He was thorough, and we received an estimate shortly after our phone zoom.He also followed-up with a confirmation call.Bruno was courteous,friendly and did a complete clean-up when done.I was very pleased with his expoxy repair in the bathub!I Will be delighted to recommend Sir Grout to my friends in Bergen County!!

Eduardo was amazing. He was very professional and did a remarkable job finishing our floors. I would use Sir Grout again and again!

Sir Grout managed to get my marble bathroom looking almost like new after being damaged by calcification and cleaning agents. I thought we would have to grind it all back with a huge mess and expense but Sir Grout worked a miracle with a cloth and some elbow grease....

The owner Jeff Miller lacks integrity and seems to have a "the customer is always WRONG" attitude. I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the work, even after a 2nd attempt to get it right, and he offered me a small refund ONLY if I agreed to post no bad reviews. He is essentially buying good reviews, so don't trust the good reviews!

The work product was poor, is cracking and coming apart in just a few short months, and the way they treat customers is terrible. Beware!

Marc, my salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable. The job was done in a timely manner as well ,to accommodate my schedule. The travertine floors like much better. I recommend Sir Grout.

Charlie was awesome!!! He arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting the job. Charlie was was also very neat while working and was respectful of my home.

We had an issue with damaged travertine in our bathroom due to using a grout cleaner that claimed to be for natural stone, specifically travertine. It wasn’t - it damaged and stained it. Charlie honed it and resealed it. He was able to fix the problem and it turned out great, he also cleaned our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and also recolored the grout. Lastly, he cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops and regrouted the backsplash.

We highly recommend Sir Grout of Montvale and will call them for all future issues. If you are fussy and like things done correctly the first time with no drama, call them. You won’t be disappointed!

Our entire first floor tile floor looks brand new again... after 12 years of wear and tear.. better results than I expected. Very professional people to work with...Charlie worked all day to ensure an amazing result. Cleaned tile and restained and sealed the grout. It was worth every penny.
