We are very happy with the work that was done. Mark explained everything & D'Andrea was neat & very professional. The floors were done right before the holidays & everyone who came to our house noticed it right away, both kitchen & bathroom. Definitely would recommend them which I already have to friends!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark and his technicians from Sir Grout of Northern New Jersey. He was an absolute joy to work with. In a world where too many people underestimate the power of personal outreach, Mark was responsive, attentive, professional, and most importantly, kind. The technicians arrived on time and efficiently and thoroughly completed the rather arduous task of cleaning tiles and grout in my foyer, kitchen, dining nook and master bathroom. My dog (a german shephard mix) loved them both immediately and wanted nothing more than to play. He is a very reliable judge of character. ;-). I was particularly impressed with the transparency of pricing. There was absolutely NO bait and switch, and no attempts to upsell me. Everyone was very honest and forthright, and at the end of the day I was 100% satisfied with the end result. I look forward to working with Mark and his team again in the near future and I will HAPPILY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend them to any one who asks.

Great service, every in person appointment started on time. We received a confirmation call one day before each appointment. I love it when the technician is excited about the work. He was as pleased as were. That's a great sign......Sir Grout was a great decision.

I had Sir Grout do my kitchen and main bathroom...Mark came by for estimate and explained everything, very professionally.. Charlie did an AMAZING job! Looks like a brand new tile job! My only regret is that I did not use Sir Grouts services sooner!! Money well spent... Thank u so much!!!

Mark from Sir Grout was very professional, courteous and punctual. After the job was complete, a small touch up was required. Mark called back right away and the problem was solved the next day. To me, that was the most important part of the experience with this company. Many contractors will do a good job at a fair price, but then try to get them to come back to fix a small problem.

Sir Grout was very professional and did a great job cleaning our kitchen tile floor/grout, bathroom tile floor and our granite countertops. Definitely can see a difference. Mark quickly called us back answering all our questions. Did a great job, would highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Marc did thr initial video estimate and followed up with a written estimate via email. A time was scheduled and they called the day before to confirm. Alex was on time and just finished regrouting a shower and tub. He also steam cleaned and sealed all the tiles in the shower and the floor. It looks terrific! Professional from start to finish. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Mark was very helpful and set up the appointment to have all the work done after giving us the cost for the work. Charlie showed up on the date secured and worked diligently throughout the day to complete our job. We had our double shower grouted, our two sinks grouted, and all the marble buffed and sealed. Looks almost like a new master bathroom. Charlie kept the area clean while working and spotless when he left. Although we felt Sir Grout was a bit costlier than others, all the work was done to perfection. Both Mark and Charlie were easy to work with. Very happy, would recommend them highly.

I recently had my kitchen, sunroom, bathroom and mudroom steam cleaned and sealed! Marc the salesman was extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions!! When the job was completed he even called to follow up with me to see if I was happy! To my delight everything came out great! My floor looks like it is brand new and I love how bright and clean it looks!!

Mark and I were in contact numerous times in order to coordinate the work so that everything went smoothly on the day of. I met Mark via a video call where we walked through the entire job. He made is so seamless. I was quoted a price and followed up almost immediately with a written proposal. Alex was prompt and did and excellent job. You can tell he is skilled at his profession. I would recommend Sir Grout to anyone considering tile/grout work.

Extremely disappointed, although the grout came out well there was absolutely no difference in the tiles which was my main for having the service done. I was told an initial consultation that there would be significant difference in the tiles. After expressing my satisfaction to Mark. He told me he would speak with the technician to see what else could be done and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Stay away from this company complete waste of money. Only reason I gave two stars was because there was improvement in the grout, and the technician was very nice and professional.

I am very pleased with the results of my natural stone flooring. The two young men that showed up to do this job were courteous and prompt. They scrubbed my floors and filled in the missing grout, which was a grueling job. I am so happy to have found, Sir Grout.

Mark was highly responsive, polite, and respectful. He did not try to oversell me and even when I inquired about services that would have made him a lot more money, he was honest with me and had no qualms about telling me that he’d do it but that he didn’t think it was necessary. This honesty is a win for me because I felt very confident in the work and prices quoted. The tech who worked on our grout, Bruno, was also very respectful and answered all questions we had about upkeep of the grout, products, and his process. We are a bit neurotic and like everything perfect. He didn’t seem to be put off by us. We expect a lot of our contractors and Sir Grout did not disappoint. We will be using their services for our grout in the future and they are highly recommended. Kind, professional, fair, prompt, service-focused; what more can you ask for?

My two bathroom floors needed a deep cleaning with the grout needing a major refresh. Although in the past, I did this myself, my knees can no longer take the stress. Sir Grout in one day, deep cleaned the tiles, re-grouted where needed and touched up the painted grout lines. The floors look like new. Great job!!!!!

I was very nervous because I felt the price was high, but they did an AMAZING job with my kitchen floors that had seen better days. The grout seriously looks new and it’s 27 years old. The young man was very professional and courteous; I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
