I am beyond thrilled with the level of professionalism and customer support that I have received from Charged Up Electric. They answered my questions, messages, and emails quicker than any Contractor I’ve ever worked with and did so with a very friendly and professional demeanor. They had my charger installed as soon as I was ready, charged a very fair price and spent a long time with me trying to troubleshoot a problem I was having. The owner even brought his personal Tesla to my house to demonstrate how to use the charger and to go over some questions I had. I have never been so impressed with A contractor and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for electrical needs.

Company was very communicative even when running a little behind. Techs were very professional and courteous. Job was done very swiftly and within said time period.

Charged Up Electric has completed two installations for me, and both experiences were outstanding.

The first was my Tesla charger installation at home. Javen was incredibly professional—he clearly explained the process, offered thoughtful advice on the best charger to install, and ensured everything was done safely and efficiently. The installation was completed on time, and I’ve had zero issues since.

The second project involved installing yard floodlights and security cameras. Once again, the team went above and beyond—purchasing the necessary equipment, troubleshooting malfunctioning lights, and following up afterward to make sure everything worked perfectly.

I’ll admit, I’m not the easiest customer to please, but the Charged Up Electric team handled everything with patience, professionalism, and precision. Their work is top-notch, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Jay and his guys do amazing work! They came over my house for an emergency call during the middle of the night and were very prompt and professional. They had the situation under control in no time and had swapped out a faulty breaker for my furnace. With the cold weather coming fast Jay and his crew were able to get my family out of a jamb and get our heat back up and running. Thank you Charged up electric. I recommend Jay and his guys for all your electrical needs.

Called on a Sunday to help diagnose what was wrong with our outdoor light fixture. Javen came with a smile on his face and was quickly able to figure out a solution. I had to buy a new fixture but he came back the next day and installed it. His pricing was very fair and appreciated. I would highly recommend Charged Up Electric for your electric needs.

The work was great and very very professional. They know what they're doing and left the place clean and tidy. They were also thoughtful about the holes they made so that they could be patched easily. Scheduling was a timely but the system they use is a bit confusing, sending out multiple emails and updates via text. They changed the date on me without me realizing. That was the only hiccup. Will definitely use them again in the future regardless.

They were extremely polite and very informative. Even helped me move some things out of the way. They walked the area with me first and when we discussed where to place the outlets and what was going to be hooked up to them, etc. They really took to understand the time of what I was trying to do

Electrician came for an estimate then for the work and was unable to do the work at the second appointment and did not have the proper tool so we had to wait for another person to bring the tool.

Toth always does an awesome job. We just had new ceiling lights put in - Abraham was professional, explained things thoroughly, even showed me how an adjustment could be made should it ever come up. Big thumbs up.

Toth has come out same day twice for us for two minor “emergencies.” Both times they were knowledgeable, fast, and honest. For this second visit Jordan told us what was wrong, how to fix it, and didn’t pressure us to use him for the fix. They helped us out and made $0 from it - so rare in business these days. Will use them for all our electrical needs going forward and we highly recommend them!

Very responsive and easy to set up an appointment. Really liked the SMS update with tracking link. Was able to diagnose and fix an obscure problem.

Very expensive compared to others and they needed to come back a few times to do the job well. Took a while to pass the inspection due to them.

To be honest, I’m a bit confused. The electrician said he couldn’t find the source of the power. The lack of power was exactly why we asked him to come. Clearly there’s a problem between the outlets and the panel. But he left after telling me that.

We just completed a comprehensive upgrade to our 100-year-old house and electric systems. This included service panel replacement and upgrade, rewiring/routing a basement nest of wires, modernization of basement lighting to wafer LEDs, additional outlets added throughout (no more extension cord life), replacement/new wiring for all of the old downstairs receptacles, additional scone/closet lighting, and installation of smart switches (including some on very old lighting loops).

Toth Electric is 100% worth the value, we could not be happier with the work and are feeling more modern in this old house. During estimation (and throughout) Jordan was communicative and helped to walk through options or explain game plans. The day to day crew (especially Neder, Alex, and Ross who were here most of the days) were professional, thorough, and walked me through all of my questions and checked in throughout the project.

Second time working with Toth and both experiences have been great! From getting initial quotes (cheaper than others I have gotten) through completing the work, everything was smooth, easy, and professional. 5/5 would avoid getting myself electrocuted again

Toth installed an EV charger at my house. They were knowledgable, punctual, efficient, and friendly. A few months later they replaced all my smoke detectors efficiently.
