You may think these other reviews are too good to be true, they are not. I called Steve after another company wasn't very responsive. Good guy, good price, good work. Very responsive and honest. Came out the day of my call and repaired the next day once he got the parts. Look no further this is your HVAC guy.

Had a great experience with Steve and Essential Heating & Air. After shopping around for quotes on a new HVAC system for our home, we felt like theirs was the most fair. Noticed that our AC wasn't running in the afternoon. My fiance gave Steve a call around 830pm later in the evening just to inquire. Steve ended up coming over to the house about 30 minutes later and repaired our AC the same night. Steve was great, efficient, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend his service!

Steve is absolutely wonderful!! If you need an experienced, knowledgeable, honest and fair priced contractor...STOP RIGHT NOW, YOUVE FOUND HIM! He tried to fix our a/c but given it's age (25 years), it had seen it's last day. We decided to replace both the a/c and the furnace as they were installed at the same time. Life savior!! Our AC broke on a Sunday during a heat wave. Steve answered his phone, came out within the hour, and fixed the issue on the spot all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for all future HVAC needs.

Steve is my saviour! My 30 year old furnace broke during the coldest winter days and with a storm on the way and my husband away for work, I was in a desperate situation. I first had one company come out who took advantage of my desperation - estimate was completely outrageous and they couldn't install for 5 days. Thank goodness for that because I found Steve! He moved around his schedule to fit me in. His price was very fair and I knew immediately I could trust him. He is a hard worker who truly cares about his customers. He got the job done the next day and I am so thrilled. He even called the following day to check in. He is truly one of a kind. He is my hero and he has another customer for life. Thank you Steve!

Highly highly recommend this company!! I got home from vacation at 7pm on a Friday night to find that my air conditioner was running but not blowing cold air. I called, Steven answered, I explained the situation, and he was there THAT NIGHT by 8:30 to fix my blown fuse. My air was up and running immediately. He was so friendly, personable, and helpful. I told him how good his reviews are online, and he was so nonchalant about it, "Oh I haven't even looked!" A few days later when I received the inspection report from my home buyers, I called Steve again. He remembered me and came that same day AGAIN to fix the violation. I got a text that the job was finished and I didn't even know he was there! He emailed me a receipt/invoice that night and it was all done. Seriously, use Essential Heating & Air. It's a small business with high quality, prompt work. Steven is so great to work with and all of his reviews are legit!

Essential Heating & Air is amazing! Our air wasn’t working and needed service. Steven came right out, checked our central air unit, and filled it with coolant for a very reasonable price. It such a great feeling to know there are honest, dependable, knowledgeable repair people that do such great work!

Steve is the very best! I feel like it has gotten harder to find great service and Steve is one in a million who you can trust and who cares about what he does. He did an outstanding job replacing a pump for me last year and this year he saved me from the heat by fixing the a/c! Of course my heater decided to start acting up during the coldest weather of the year! I called Essential based off of the reviews and because they are a local, family owned business.
