James was Knowledge, Efficient, Clean, Courteous and everything else you would want and expect from an HVAC technician. He was even able to fix an outdoor patio heater that they don’t normally service for us! We will continue to use Bovio Rubino for all of our heating/AC needs. Highly recommend!

Sam did a great job installing a new water valve. She was also very patient with our 2 dogs who were very nosy😁

Chris was his usual meticulous tech. Although he was not able to complete the repair due to a necessary part, he tried his best and we understand.

Damian was really great and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional, patient and courteous. He answered all our questions after giving his assessment of the work that needed to be done and provided us with a fair price. He even fixed our door handle before he left!

Chris came back today to adjust a few small things that were repaired on a former visit. It was easy to get a follow up appointment, and everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. Thank you to Chris, and Bovio, to assuring that their work is performed to a very high standard.

I purchased the membership which provides a free check-up for my HVAC system and furnace. Jonathan was prompt for the appointment and very thorough. He took the time to check everything and explain it to me. After checking the system he vacuumed the debris. He also left great recommendations for flood protection.

Jamel was a true professional. Polite, extremely competent and explained everything as he progressed. He and his partner installed a new fan blower motor and a Nest thermostat. Everything went great, and they saved me an installation hassle with the thermostat. Thanks!

Josh did a good job. Responsive, polite and very thorough. My need was a boiler tune up that has been neglected for too long. A replacement part was recommended and installed quickly.

Damien Scott was very knowledgeable about my blower issue. He fixed that and also made some minor adjustments to the gas pressure valve, all the while explaining each step. Great work!

Can’t say enough about Ricardo who came out to see why our new heater was not working. After he determined that the thermostat was not working he proceeded to replace it with a new one. He showed me such patience and respect as he proceeded to show me how to program the new thermostat. I was impressed with his ability to navigate this thermostat which is very high tech. And finally making sure I was competent with enough to work with it before he would leave. Feel lucky he was the tech who showed up today, identified the problem and rectified it.

Very nice technicians. However there is a consistent problem with the HVAC system they installed just a year ago. Had 4 different technicians here over two weeks for the same issue. They get it back running that day but then it shuts down again less than 24 hrs later. I had to follow up myself multiple times for someone to do a more thorough review and talk to us about what the actual cause could be. They won’t send someone back now while still trying to diagnose the root cause, so we are left without heat in the middle of December. Very frustrating for a new system that has been working fine until now.

We’ve been happy customers of Bovio Rubino for well over a decade. From the convenience of scheduling maintenance, to the great staff in the office and the technicians who come out, everything is easy. Our tech today, Zach C, was so personable and explained everything clearly. I also truly appreciate that Bovio Rubino sends both the name and picture of the person coming out - this is a really nice feature that puts the customer at ease about who to expect. They installed our full HVAC in 2013 and have been maintaining it since with honesty and proactivity. Highly recommend!

Luis arrived promptly. Performed our inspection thoroughly and professionally. This is the third or fourth time that Luis worked on our HVAC unit and we are very happy with his work. I highly recommend him and Bovio

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the receptionist was friendly, and the service was prompt. Anthony, the technician, was knowledgeable and professional. He provided and sent a detailed pictorial assessment of all the heater and humidifier components. I will definitely use this company for my air conditioning tune-up in May.
My impression is that this company is honest and doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary services or products.

I was really hoping to get a good HVAC repair company. But Bovio Rubino is nothing but another Horizon. All repairs are a rip off! I will spead the word to stay away from companies like yours. I now have a contract with PSE&G. I hope Bovio Rubino and Horizon, both go bankrupt when people start to realize, both companies are predatory!
$500 for a $30 part!
Technician left my gas pipe loose. Did not smell the gas. I questioned him, that i still smelled gas. He said the pipe was tight. He went out to his van. I turned off the gas. Opened the windows. Checked the pipe he took apart, and the pipe was still loose. Not exactly a good experience!
