Bovio Rubino was a pleasure to work with in the repair of my furnace. The Technician (Josh) who was on the job was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop of what had to be done. Bovio Rubino responded quickly, had someone out in a very timely manner, and did everything to make sure our problem was taken care of. I felt very confident with the service that was provided. The whole experience, from the first point of contact on the phone, to the people who came out, was all professional and top notch. I highly recommend Bovio Rubino and will be using them again.

Just had my new HVAC system installed professionally by the Bovio team. Robert B. & Justin S. did a great job today home in Pine Hill NJ. They were on time & left the area very clean after it was all done. Me & my wife are very happy & satisfied with their service & attention to details in their work done. I think this bin the one & only company that i had dealt with in south jersey that are straight forward with all the process & explained every option that best fit my needs & very important, honest.

I had a broken shower faucet which would not allow for water to be shut off. S. Miller arrived early. He fixed the problem in a very professional manner. I will contact this company about any other issues I may encounter.

Jamel was very timely and professional. I was very nervous about my heater going off in the middle of the night with a recent storm. It turned out to be a thermostat problem but he checked the entire heater.

Friendly and very professional; needed water line to the refrigerator. Well done and not obtrusive while work was being done. Highly recommend for plumbing work.

The Technician arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything well. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Josh arrived and immediately fixed the leak with glue. He inspected the rest of the drainage system and repaired a loose clamp. Hopefully this solves the problem. Since this was a follow up visit there was no charge

Update: I recently had an issue with a leaking hot water heater - on Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend! Sam Kunz happened to be the person on call that weekend. She came out and temporized the issue - and did a great job in a very professional and kind manner. She then came out a couple of days later to replace the water heater (couldn't be done sooner due to availability of parts). This was done in an efficient and friendly way - and without any mess left behind. Again, I recommend Bovio Rubino for your plumbing needs. And Sam is just the best!

Previous: I can’t recommend Bovio Rubino enough! I noticed a leak in an indoor pipe leading to my backyard. Scheduling was easy and the person I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Sam Kunz was amazing to work with. She found the problem and explained it to me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions respectfully and thoroughly. She did a great repair and took care of the problem efficiently. Sam was always careful to wear shoe covers in the house and there was no mess left behind. She made me feel so comfortable - hopefully I don’t need many plumbing repairs in the future but if I do, I would definitely work with Sam and Bovio Rubino again!

Today Luis Hernandez from Bovio Rubino came out in a storm to get out AC to work - When the installer couldn’t help or recommend anyone I reached out to Bovio Rubino- While they scheduled me for the next morning- Luis stepped up and came out before going home for the day in a storm to fix our AC! Hope the company knows what a great employee they have in Luis! He is a treasure for sure!!

75 gallon was replaced. All work was done with focus on customer satisfaction. All is cleaned and made sure it works.

After hours service call for the heater. Very grateful for the technician coming out at 8pm and doing a thorough job. He was professional, explaining what he was doing and recommending future steps.

Everything about my experience with Sam was exceptional. Five stars is not enough. She replaced two sump pumps and was informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with Christine in the office as well. A+.

I had a brand new system installed in the spring and this morning the heat wouldn’t go on. Larry was actually able to get out here early amd was a pleasure to have in my home. It was a very simple fix, and there was no cost to me. He was genuinely kind.

Another exceptional experience! Shawn was so thorough and helpful. He listen to my concerns, checked and double checked everything, provided service over and above. He was a pleasure to have in the house and respectful of my home by using the shoe coverings, getting his shop vac, just over and above. The sump pump is in great shape and he double checked to make sure that the other sump pump was working, he answered my questions, proactively turned off the levers for outside faucets, and above all was so respectful. He is an asset to this company, and I just can’t say enough about how positive this experience was.

Fast service, called a company before this one and they never called back! Came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem quickly and had me up and running within an hour!

Anthony was fantastic! We moved into a new home and found that our AC was broken on entrance. Bovio Rubino Service had a tech out to help us within 2 hours! They made a very stressful event significantly less stressful and at a reasonable price. Anthony educated us on maintenance for our machine which was super helpful! Would highly recommend!
