Ameritech did a few jobs for me including roof repair & caulking of windows. They are dependable & did an excellent job. Shaun, the owner, took the time to explain everything in detail & answer all of my questions. He gives honest advice & clearly takes pride in his work. I trust him completely & highly recommend him.

I will withhold commenting on value for the time being because only the passing of time can produce that particular assessment. Having said that, the roof looks really good and the quality of the materials, the professionalism of Sean, Larry, Wendy and all of the hard-working roofers was outstanding. They were on time, kept my flower beds intact, performed meticulous cleanup, and left me with a fine looking roof in an amazingly short time period.!! Kudos to this team. I highly recommend their services and will be using their services in the future. Sean if you are reading this I need a back storm door installed!

This was such a great process from start to finish. Shawn did such a thorough assessment and reviewed everything with me carefully, making sure I felt comfortable with all of his recommendations. Shawn came to my house to personally inspect my gutters. I had wanted gutter guards put on the older gutters that came with my house I have recently purchased. Another company gave me a quote without examining the house in person. After inspecting the gutters on my house Shawn showed me several factors that would lead to major complications down the road if I had just let another company place gutter guards as my gutters truly needed to be replaced. Shawn gave a very competitive pricing and my new gutters and gutter guards look great and I’m confident I will not have any issues in the future. I would 100% recommend this company. They will truly give you an honest opinion and great work. Will definitely use them again if I have any other needs for my house.

I enjoy using Ameritech due to their professionalism and quality of work. I've recommended to several friends and neighbors who also were very pleased with the quality of work. I've been so happy with their services I've had my front railings replaced, gutters replaced, roof replaced and wood capped around my windows. I would recommend Ameritech to anyone! Shawn came out to my home sooner than I’ve been able to get anyone else out. We were in need of a walk tear out/window removal due to water damage from a poorly flashed roof section. He was thorough in his inspection and honest about what can and should be done to fix our issue. The price was extremely reasonable! Jared came out and did an amazing job in less than 2 full days. Ameritech just finished installing replacement windows at my home. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Total professionals from the quote to job completion. The quality of the work performed was above and beyond what was expected, and I plan to have them install a new roof within the next few years. If you are looking for a professional contractor that actually under promises and over delivers, you’ve found them.

I needed some minor roof and siding repairs. Other companies wouldn’t do the siding repair and tried to pressure me into getting a whole new roof. Ameritch did not pressure me at all. They explained i did not need a new roof and were willing to do the simple repairs at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Ameritech had previously done a great job on my roof replacement, so they were on my short list for re-siding my house. They were not the cheapest option, but the pricing was reasonable, and based on my earlier experience with them, I was convinced they'd do excellent work. I was not disappointed.

Tim worked with us in the planning phase - he was very knowledgeable and professional. Before long, we had decided on the styles/colors/etc. of the siding and stone facade.

Our project was then handed off to the project lead, Larry, who helped orchestrate everything. Larry was very professional and helpful throughout, and the team did the work quickly with high quality. Jared did our doors, and he was very personable and helpful. There was some manufacturing issues with one of the doors, but he and Larry helped address it quickly, and there was never any finger pointing or any of that sort of nonsense. A new door was ordered and installed, without sacrificing the schedule.

There were a few delays along the way, as there often are for complex projects, but the Ameritech team was always responsive, and I'm very satisfied with the end result. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Ameritech! Keith came out, looked at my roof leak, gave me a price and had the guys out the next day after they finished with the work they already had scheduled. I felt like I really mattered to them. If you're looking for good old fashioned customer service, call Ameritech. Even Irene in the office showed genuine compassion when I called. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Update to my post: We finally got to the point where we needed a new roof and I called Ameritech since they took great care of me before. Tim and Larry were awesome and the epitome of professional. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and delivered on every commitment. The whole roof was done in a day and a half and looks great. We have already hired Ameritech for some additional work we need and referred to others. Highly recommend!

First post: Shawn came out to diagnose a leak in my roof and was awesome! He arrived early and found the issue quickly. The problem turned out to be a quick fix and he didn’t even charge me when it could have been easy to write a big bill. I will certainly look to do business with them when the time comes to replace my roof and will refer them to anyone looking for their services. Fantastic service

I made contact with Ameritech through Angis list while searching for solutions for my metal/shingled roof. I am very thankful I did. Shawn spoke with me to understand my concerns, then spent a significant amount of time completing a thorough investigation of my home’s condition. He was determined to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my house. And it was clear that I did not start with enough information. He treated my home as his own, took countless photos and spent time educating me on the conditions he found. It turned out that I have to work with the city due to historical restrictions before I can move forward. So Shawn did all this without any contracted work in place. His intent was clearly to make sure I made the best choice and I didn’t waste money or get led astray. And I am thankful he has offered to remain a resource for me going forward and I hope to work with in the future. I look forward to the chance to recommend him to others to pay forward what Ameritech provided to me.

This company is awesome. We had a new roof put on and the way they went about inspecting all areas of the roof inside and out was amazing. They didn't just say you need a roof and it'll cost... No, everything they found was explained in detail and how they would rectify the problems. A few months later after the new roof was installed we found a leak in the kitchen ceiling. We thought it was possibly an issue with the roof. They responded quickly, came out checked around and found nothing. This happened a few more times. Each time we contacted Ameritech they sent someone out to inspect. It turned out it wasn't the roof causing the problem. Even so, each time I contacted them, someone still came to the house to see if they could pinpoint the issue. It was suggested that it might be a leak from the plumbing which, in fact, was exactly the problem. I don't know how many other companies would do what the people at Ameritech did. They have always promptly answered our phone calls and sent people out to check it out every time! Everyone I dealt with was always polite and very accommodating. I highly recommend Ameritech Services!

We had another contractor previously repair our siding and their work started to fall apart. Ameritech did a great job correcting what they did wrong and everything is as good as new now for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service, they're very friendly. I'll definitely use them again for any similar needs.

Thank you Ameritech for your services building our front porch. We were happy that the outcome was exactly what we have been planning on. On our older style house we didn't want the porch to look like a modern style add-on. We Love our porch. Through the several week construction process we had some detail issues that were corrected to our satisfaction. I have used Ameritech Services for several home projects: new roof, replace capping on rake boards, new gutter and gutter guards. Projects were started and completed as agreed upon. The workmanship was excellent. Cleanup was spotless. Work crews were respectful to neighbors, myself and our properties. HOA regulations were readily followed. I highly recommend them.

Wendy was great, as well; she made sure I received a copy of the permit, inspection, and that the billing was in order.
