This is an exceptionally well-run company. All the scheduling, completion of the job, follow-up were absolutely perfect. The house looks great, and we're grateful for such a caring and competent firm!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. We are beyond disappointed, and our experience left us completely stressed out.

There were so many things done incorrectly, what we were seeing was just horrendous quality work. It was entirely apparent that all of the structural mistakes we were seeing were going to be hidden once finished, and we would have never known until this thing started sagging in a year.

We were told multiple times by Brian that these issues would be fixed, and as the days went by we just kept seeing more problems arise. At this point the project was taking forever because they had to fix all the things they messed up the previous day.

We finally had seen enough and sent pictures to Shawn, the owner. We told him that we were done, to take everything down and that we wanted our money back. He did not fight us on this at all once he saw the pictures we took, and even gave us our initial deposit back and an apology letter. However I would like to note that he did not come out to look at the structure himself or meet with us during this whole mess. He was pretty hard to get ahold of.

Lastly, when the team left and the structure was gone, it revealed a rotten support beam that the structure was attached to, which was NEVER mentioned to us. Picture attached.

Brian, Henry, and Josh were the team assigned to us, as they were the only carpentry team working with this company at the time.

Truely awful experience, the only saving factor was that the owner was more than understanding and gave us all of our money back.

I was very impressed with the customer service starting with my initial visit at my home. Never having heard of sun tunnel diffusers before I was impressed when I was invited in the home of the owner of the company to see what it look like.

Once I decided to go ahead with the project, everyone from the office staff to the product manager were extremely helpful.

I was told it would be a two day project and that is what it was. The insulation went smoothly, and the house was cleaned as needed after each step

Once my four sun tunnel diffusers were installed, I have been so pleased with how much more light they have given me. I would recommend a Ameritech for any of my needs that they are able to do.

I had Ameritech install all new windows at my home recently after seeing many people online refer them. From start to finish, it was an easy transaction with excellent communication from both owner, project manager, and the crew. This company has the best installers. Ameritech was also very competitive. 5 ⭐️

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Had our back slider replaced and not only was the pricing fair but the customer service, communication, and quality of work was all on point. The crew found some rotting wood when they removed our old door and immediately headed out to Home Depot so they could fix everything up. No cutting corners, high quality door. It’s tough to find a great company like Ameritech these days, but we look forward to many future projects with them.

Ameritech provided exceptional service from the beginning of project design through completion. The owner is very detail oriented. A detailed written scope of work for our house exterior project was developed with the homeowner. This resulted in a clear understanding of the project for the homeowner, project manager, and the installation crew. The homeowner was routinely informed of the schedule by the project manager and discussed any details that needed a decision. The installation crew were prepared for the tasks each day, highly skilled, and professional. We would use Ameritech again!

I had siding and trim replaced, new brick on the front of the house, all new gutters and a few other things done. The team was excellent and did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Was a little pricey, but the attention to everything they did to include the small details given to outlets, water spouts, garage doors, clean up, etc was outstanding. My house looks new and fresh and I'm extremely happy with the results

Everyone was great to work with. The work planning, coordination, and execution was done very well and I was informed on the plan each day as to what going to be done.
The new doors, inside and storm doors, are high quality and a big upgrade from what we had. The new porch/deck is amazing.
