Called Ameritech Services for an estimate to replace the wood grain fascia on 3 front gables on my 14 year old home. From the moment of my initial call, until the job completion, everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. The estimator (Keith) arrived exactly as promised and thoroughly explained what need to be done. The office staff worked with me to establish a work schedule. The installers (Tim + Josh) were right on time, immediately went to work replacing the fascia and completely cleaned up before leaving.
Being a home owner for over 60 years, I have had many experiences with "Contractors". Dealing with Ameritech was one of the more pleasant experiences that I have had,

This is the 2nd time that I have used Ameritech for repairs at my home. This time I had my roof replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done. Everyone with the company is very easy to work with and are very professional. They showed up on time, and completed the replacement and the all debris was removed. I am a faithful customer.

We were looking for a local company that could address our leaky roof. Our search was narrowed down to Ameritech. We were impressed by its positive reviews. Our first contact was Wendy, the phone receptionist. She was friendly, kind and a voice. She passed on to the rep our concerns and needs for immediate attention. Anthony, the rep, was our next contact. We knew when we met him that we were going to be in good hands. Professional, knowledgable, and personal and no bs. He spoke to us about the possible problem and then began his investigation of the roof. After consulting the roof specialist we were given a detailed printout of necessary repairs and expenses. Anthony explained everything to us.
Work began and Brian, the on-site manager and his crew were great. It was comforting to know that we had made the right decision. . .we chose Ameritech. . .and we would do it again.

They were friendly and efficient when they were here. Only issue is they delayed the second day of construction by a week after I had already took the day off and had to scramble to find someone to be home when they came back to finish

Ameritech Services did a great job replacing the roof on my home and garage and it looks beautiful! We needed the job done quickly and they worked with us to help make that happen. As "older folks" we were accustomed to more contractor/supervisor presence than you frequently get these days and they were very understanding of that.
The Project Manager Brian was conscientious, easy to work with and answered all the (many) questions we had. He himself was physically present for most of the installation day and kept us updated on progress...even texting to let us know if he needed to do a quick run to the store for supplies, water for the workers, etc.
The workers where absolutely tireless and completed the job (2 roofs ~ house & garage!) in one day. They were very professional and did a superb job of cleaning up around the house when finished. You wouldn't know they had worked for 12-13hrs. replacing the roof when they where finished since the area was so clean. They used a magnetic roller around the property along with blowers to complete the cleanup.
If I need a new roof in 50 years I would use them again.
You get what you pay for!

We hired Ameritech Services for the replacement of our old and damaged deck.

We have been highly impressed with Shawn and his team. Every step of the way was explained in detail, the work was delivered on time, in excellent quality, and on budget. The new deck looks beautiful!

We will continue working with Shawn on other projects for our aging townhouse, and we can only recommend Shawn anyone considering similar work.

I had a deck rebuilt by Ameritech Services and the project was completed perfectly. The company took the time to clean the project area after finishing as well. The project manager and the owner communicated with me on everything. I highly recommend.

I've used Ameritech for 2 separate projects; gutters, garage door & front porch repair and a few months later for siding and a new front door installation. Anthony, Brian, and Wendy were easy to work with and the crews were attentive, very accommodating, and did a fantastic job. It looks like a new house!

Shawn at Ameritech is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Their work for me was performed professionally and perfectly including cleanup immediately afterwards. We had a couple weather delays in starting but Wendy kept me advised and you can't fight the weather with exterior work. I am very satisfied with the experience of working with Ameritech. Bottom line, would I use them again? Absolutely, and without any hesitation.

Ameritech does highly professional work. They did a screen enclosure for my covered patio and I am very, very pleased with the look and quality of the work. I can now sit out and enjoy my patio at any time without worrying about bugs. Thanks Ameritech. I highly recommend them!

It was siding repair from wind damage

W just had siding work done so happy we went with this company.

The first person I was in contact with was Wendy, who was professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. Even when there was confusion on my part she provided exceptional customer service, and was so patient and understanding.

Then we met with Tim Cole who came to the home and gave us very detailed explanation for all of our many questions. He took time to explain all the aspects of the work we needed done in terms we understood. He also contacted the insurance company and adjustors several times to make sure the scope of work was covered and done. He continued to work with us thought out the project and saw everything through. He had to go back to the insurance company as the scope of work had changed, and was able to get that covered as well. He also had excellent customer service and we would like to work with him in the future if we decide on any renovations.

Lastly, I just wanted to mention Jared who came out and did outstanding work. He also explained everything for us, and even gave me tips and tricks on the existing siding so that it matched the new siding he put in. The new siding looks fantastic and he informed me of some roof issues to make sure that we do not have problems in the future. His work ethic was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out.

The whole team was amazing. I didn't post the old pictures because they are awful, but attached is a picture of the fished product.

The guys did an excellent job in a matter of about 2 and a half weeks. Brian, the supervisor, is responsive and patient. They exceeded my expectations.

I was very pleased with the service they provided. I had tried to get help with a soffit repair from various companies who did not return my calls or declined to take the job so I struck them off my list should I need something in the future. They were even able to work around my garden plants without crushing them. Needless to say, in the future should I need anything else repaired/updated I will be contacting Ameritech again!

Ameritech did a fantastic Job fixing my Roof, Flashing, and Siding. They did a thorough job diagnosing my problem and explaining their suggested repair to me. We couldn’t be happier with our new skylight installed by Ameritech Services! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. The skylight itself looks amazing—it brings in so much natural light and has completely transformed the feel of the room with the remote controlled blinds. Great job. Removed a rotted deck and was replaced with a concrete stamped patio with railings. The finished product looked well beyond my expectations. Working with Shawn was rewarding considering other people I have dealt with in the past. He went over everything in detail about what I was looking for and offered more ideas for a better result. Always keep me in the loop of what was taking place. Returned any phone call I had within minutes (Including Wendy). The team who did the job were professional and did great work. Ameritech Services replaced both our roofs at a 7 unit condo complex in Wildwood, Nj 08260. The 2 building were a total of 93 squares of shingles & materials.
The company exceeded all of me expectations and installed a far superior roof system than any other estimates we received from local contractors. In addition Brian Andrusco the outside superintendent was extremely professional and knowledgeable who supervised the whole installation of the roofs by their roofing crew who worked from sun up to sun down to complete the job in 3 days providing us a superior roof that was properly installed by his crew lead by Forman Edwardo.
In addition we have a fantastic warranty for 50 years.
Ameritech is simply a fantastic company from top to bottom.
