Marianna and her team do an exceptional job making sure your place is spotless!! Their cleaning is very thorough and efficient. They get to all the nooks and crannies. Definitely have exceeded my expectations. She’s also very communicative and punctual. I couldn’t be happier to have hired them. The quality of service is truly unmatched!

We came across True Shine Services online via word of mouth. We’re glad we started using them! Mariana and her crew are thorough in their cleaning and efficient; come and go within an hour. They started by doing a deep clean the first visit then standard cleans after that (they have a checklist of what they’re able to do around your residence/office). No complaints and good value for the money: highly recommend

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
Marianna is unreliable, rude, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. I was trying to book cleaning services for my elderly parents in their 80s and my disabled brother—a simple request that turned into a frustrating mess.

She had cleaned for us once before my brother’s surgery 2 years ago, and we paid her generously, including big tips for her team. This time, I was told Mondays and Fridays were full, so I suggested Tuesday. I waited to confirm some doctor appointments, then followed up. Suddenly she asked about Monday instead—when I asked again about Tuesday, she completely ignored me.

I messaged several times asking to confirm, to pay through Venmo, even just to talk on the phone. Nothing. No explanation. No apology. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. Clearly, she didnt care.

DISRESPECTFUL, FLAKY, AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR ENERGY. STAY AWAY.

My dad is elderly and has difficulty keeping his apartment clean. I contacted Jennifer for a deep clean and she was able to get one of her staff members-Diana- in to do the job very quickly. Diana did a fantastic job. The place was cleaned from top-to-bottom. We’ll absolutely be using this company for routine cleanings 🙂.

I hired Time 2 Clean By J for a move in cleaning service. Jennifer the Ownerr sent her team and the booking process was fast and easy on her website but she’s also directly available for any questions or concerns. The cleaning crew is punctual, and their work is top notch. I’ve heard great things about this company from friends and family down south and glad to see they are expanding up North New Jersey. 10/10!!

I called on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend to ask for a visit for a quote on one time yard work. The person who picked up stated they were closed that day and on Monday for the holiday, but could come out on Saturday for the quote. We agreed to 8am. He asked I text him my information and I did so, along with the agreed upon time for the visit.

Day of, no one has shown up at 8:15am. I call and text with no answer. At 8:30, I call again. He says the meeting is still on, but to give him half an hour. I ask him to hurry as my husband, who is meeting him, has to go out soon.

He meets with my husband slightly after 9am. At the end of the meet, he says he will be in touch with the estimate. That was nearly two weeks ago and there has been no contact since. As such, I cannot recommend this business.

Fast response, fast cleanup, EXCELLENT work! I didn’t want to spend all day doing a fall cleanup. My yard had thousands of acorns and branches in addition to the many leaves. It’s seldom I can say that someone did the work as I would’ve done it. Without hesitation, I can say this about Excellent Landscaping.

Can't do 0 stars, definitely not deserving of any. Don't waste your time, I did by chasing this dude Robert for four months to return my deposit, still owes. He will make up stories, family emergencies and others. If you make that mistake by hiring them, make sure all is on contract every single grain of sand he will deny change just so he can keep some type of deposit. Stay away, especially during winter months, he will use your deposit as borrowed money with no interest.

Excellent Landscaping did a great job at cutting down the trees and clearing up my backyard. Their prices are very reasonable and completed everything in a quick and detailed manner. I would definitely recommend their service!

Reached out to them for leaf removal . They provided a quote to me same day and completed the work within a few hours. My lawn looks amazing with no leaf In site. Will be using them for other landscaping needs for sure!

Promised he was going to come back to finish the job but never return my phone calls or text. Do not pay in full until the work is complete. I would not recommend.

At first they came for the appointment that was setup did an excellent job and I loved it. I then made follow appointment and it has now been 3 weeks since I have continuously ask for my grass to be cut. My grass is not really high and is looking for a more consistent landscaping company

I hired Excellent Landscaping for Spring clean up and maintenance. The workers are courteous and professional. They've done a wonderful job. I'm am glad I've found a lawn care service that will now do seeding, weed care, pest control, the works versus just mowing and leaving the cut weed on the lawn to re-root. I was very pleased with how well the cleaned up after the cut.

I am extremely happy with Excellent landscaping. Mr. Morales and his crew transferred my home’s landscaping into something u would see in a magazine!! The quality of the sod, trees r excellent and very reasonable! I felt comfortable working with Mr. Morales and his crew. They r very knowledgeable and they work with u, like a team!! 👍

I called this company and they responded right away. I hired them to maintain my residential landscaping. Professional and their work is great. After they complete their job, they text me pictures of completed work. Definitely recommend them 100 percent.
