Very rude with a nasty attitude all the time and I tried to put up with it but Monica can’t help it. Showing up late was on regular basis. Gave her more business to go to my parents house, then service was going down the drain. Sometimes cleaning was ok and others they would skip. I would not recommend.

The team was very thorough, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of work and all the people on the team.

Monica and her team do a terrific job. They clean our home monthly, do a stellar job, and they do it relatively quickly. For the size of our home, pricing is also relatively reasonable. We have been using her team for 4+ years and I am very pleased with the service.

Monica has cleaned my home over the past 13 years. During those initial years she worked for another cleaning service. I loved my home, and I wanted to find someone who would share my vision of a clean house. Monica was the person I was looking for, but I feared she would leave the cleaning service in search of other opportunities. I was overjoyed when I heard she planned to establish her own house cleaning service "Neat House". Monica diligently worked to identify and train a team of workers who focused on leaving the house exceptionally clean. Neat House has given me back the gift of time to enjoy other interests.
