Every week Kallyne texts me to confirm the exact time her and her assistants will be at my house to clean and asks if there are any specific requests for the week. (She always comes with a crew of the same 3 women who clean under her supervision.) At first I was concerned about having so many people in my house, but I have grown to appreciate how fast and thorough they are.
Kallyne is open to feedback and goes above and beyond to please her clients. I thoroughly recommend her!

I highly recommend RK Cleaning services! Kallyne is extremely prompt at responding to texts and scheduling a day for cleaning. She always lets you know an updated time of arrival on the day of cleaning. There are typically 3-4 women that come to clean, so the service is always very fast and often done in an hour. They are very efficient but also very thorough! I love that they change the sheets on the beds and take out the garbage from every room AND recycling. Very easy to communicate with, fast, and do a wonderful job - couldn’t ask for much more!

Surface clean at best. No attention to detail. Girls on a tight time schedule and rushed. Had to ask them to dust!! Used for a year, moving on with a company that takes their time to ensure my house is left sparkling clean.

This was one of the worse cleaning experiences ever. They were over an hour late then claimed we had construction which we did not so we needed to buy an extra four hours if we wanted it cleaned. Once they were done with their two hours apartment which is vacant and completely empty besides appliances was still dirty all they did was sweep the floors. Beyond terrible service
