Worst experience with this company. I am so happy I didn’t get the “extra hours” that was being pushed because this company was unprofessional,rude and did an awful job cleaning. Not only did the cleaners show up 4 hours late, they were nasty, didnt speak English, came with a bag of dirty rags and a spray bottle for a “deep cleaning” and had the nerve to leave 30 minutes early from the 2 hours paid for. Afterwards the 2 rooms (TINY BATHROOMS) that was the only thing asked to do there was still webs, dead bugs and hair everywhere. Disgusted with this company . Stole my money

Terrible experience paid in full they denied doing the service at a location they called a mattress that was upside down with a juice stain biohazard and said they wouldn't do the job excuses and they have not send me my full refund. Quick to send email to get paid but they still haven't fully refund me!!! Terrible I would give -star if they had one. Yet no one calls me I get ignored via email and no refund sent. Don't use them!!!! What kind of customer service I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

They refused to provide a refund or reschedule my appointment after the cleaners were over 16 minutes late and I was not notified they would be late until the time of my appointment. They have been late to every scheduled cleaning I have booked with them. I will no longer be using this company. The cleanings were average. Last session they decided that my apartment was extra dirty and that they needed to stay an extra 30 mins. They went ahead cleaning over the time period I requested, without my initial permission, and I ended up with an additional charge.

I have been using Skyline Cleaning for about five years. Staff are polite and on-time. Work quality is very good and the few minor issues with cleaning (a cobweb here, baseboard there) are very rare. Communications from the office are good in the event of schedule changes or minor delays. I take comfort in knowing that when and if there are issues a brief call to the office is all that is required. I would recommend Skyline Cleaning to others.

Showed up one hour late. Broke my lamp, left pieces on the floor, and did not bother to tell me or pay for it.

Failed to clean my refrigerator (as I requested) unless I paid them more money. When I agreed, they refused to do it anyhow because their payment system was closed for the day. Left me stranded with a dirty house.

This all happened because they showed up LATE -- as they often do. See below. Inattentive. Stay away. Contemptible.

I am astonished to see some of these negative reviews we have used skyline to clean our office and shop bathrooms for a few years now always professional and do an excellent job. On the rare occasion that they will be late, early or need to change time/date they always call and give us a heads up.
I have been so impressed with them I called to get an estimate on cleaning the house I just bought and the estimate seemed more than reasonable.

I am so happy with this company. They are hardworking professionals that do a fantastic job. I recommend them to everyone. I can’t say enough about them.

I was in a jam and decided to call Skyline Cleaning to see if they could help. They were able to accommodate me later that same day. I was impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. The girls did a great job on getting my apartment ready to rent. They were on time and left the apartment so clean that I actually got a call from the building supervisor saying she wishes everyone left there apartment like that. I'm happy everything worked. I'll definitely be using there services in the future. Thanks for everything.

I can’t recommend Skyline more! From the efficient and customer focused office staff to the hard working dedicated crew. They saved my life! They took on a daunting clean up and did it with grace and compassion. They are beyond hard working and kind. They are truly skilled at what they do and make sure you need nothing else. The office staff is great at providing information and suggestions and a quick quote is received. I am a huge fan and can’t say how much I enjoy working with each of them. They truly value people and their customers!

We had a great experience with Premium Cleaning for our commercial cleaning needs. Their team is always on time, and the supervisor regularly checks the work with the employees to make sure everything is done properly. Communication is quick and easy, and they always respond promptly to any requests. Most importantly, they consistently deliver great results. We are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Premium Cleaning Services! They manage the cleaning operations at the store where I work and they go above and beyond!

They have cleaners to open and close our store. They use surface specific cleaning agents for wood, glass, mirrors, bathrooms, floors and metal.

They take care of garbage disposal including trash bags and even boxes as we do international shipping and receive a high quantity of boxes and packaging that need to be tended to. They even manage up keep of the garments, making sure everything is hung nicely on the clothing racks. I’d like to mention that we have 5 floors that are cleaned on a daily basis!

On top of all of that, all of the staff are extremely friendly and professional no attitude at all and all employees are hardworking with a smile on their faces.

Shout out to Italo the owner, super friendly and honest and not afraid to get his hands dirty and put in long hours!

Shout out to Alene, Mari, Camila, Dercia, and one whom I forgot her name! Spectacular crew and even offer me food like frango com bacon, mangos, and açaí.
