The reviews were five stars so I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on my 2100 sq. ft. home. The tech was to arrive between 10 am and noon. At 11:50 I called the office to state that I had not heard from the tech. The woman on the phone said she would contact the tech and ask him to call me. That did not happen. At about 12:10 I called again and the man on the phone told me the same thing. I waited another half hour and with no response from anyone in the company I left my home to run errands. There has not been any future contact with the company.
