I had a bad experiences initially with Astre Appliances initially that seemed due to irresponsible employees who were found not capable of proper diagnosis and repairs and could not do the job. But once I wrote the reviews, its owner became aware of the matter realizing an error his employee made. He jumped on this issue himself and corrected within few days. He was found to be very sincere, respectful, responsive and professional . So, it’s not the company, rather irresponsible employee makes an issues sometimes and that is what occurred here. issues corrected by the company manager. I thank you Mike for his professional approach. Thank you

There is another one star review which is the exact same situation we had.
We called for a dishwasher repair and Joshua came, charged us for 100 and made the leaking worse. He said he’ll need to order a part and be back in 1-2 days and we can apply the 100 to the total fees.
48 hours later, we called multiple times, left messages, left voicemails, emailed. Nothing came back, have to look for another person for this now.
I know things can get busy sometimes. And I’m not sure if it’s just we are not a big money they can make out of so we are low priority (I know it is). The least you can do is just tell us that you can’t do thjs in 3 days or a week. So we won’t be waiting on you. Maybe if you are a big problem, they will be more helpful for you. But explore other options before choosing them.
UPDATE: we received calls and they are undergoing phone and messaging changes. Joshua had our dishwasher fixed in no time after getting the part. They also helped fixing an extra issue.
