Tom and Dawn are THE BEST! We had a basement that flooded every time it rained hard and had just gotten used to expecting water in our basement every rainfall. They came to our home to assess and in minutes told us the easy DIY fix specific to our situation. We did what they recommended and IT WORKED!! It’s been raining now for days and no water in the basement! It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and truly wants to help and does not take advantage of homeowners. I highly recommend Tye Landscaping.

I found this family owned business through their YouTube videos and it seemed like they had a solution for every type of drainage problem. Our yard had been flooding for about a year or so - originally our basement was flooding (broken sump pumps/french drain issues) and we had a basement company fix the flooding...only to have the water move to 2 spots outside where the sump pumps discharged. The flooding was so bad, our yard was becoming a mud pit.

Tom and Dawn came up with a solution that involved long pipes going from the sump pump discharge into the storm drain. They were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and kept us in the loop with drawings of the job, schedule updates etc. We actually had them start the job while we were away on a work trip, and they texted us photos and updates.

So happy that our front sidewalk is dry again and we can mow the lawn without stepping in mud

I highly recommend Tom and his family for any drainage solutions you are looking for. Due to poor grading and downspout placement, we had some significant drainage issues and pooling water in our yard that was making the yard unusable and started to cause damage to the foundation of our property.

Tom was highly professional and able to offer a number of suggestions and solutions remotely before visiting the property. Within a few minutes, he was able to identify the problem and gave us a few options to consider, before deciding on the best solution. Tom and his family completed the work to a very high standard and to date has proven to be an effective solution and has completely eliminating the issue we previously had.

The work was done timely, even with weather delays and Tom communication in the progress was outstanding. We will 100% use Tom again for other services that Tye Landscaping offer.

Thomas and his crew (family) were such a pleasure to deal with. Work was done meticulously and they go out of their way to do the job right. Tom would provide daily updates on the job, and he responded very quickly any time I reached out to him with a question. Tom has followed up consistently after the project was completed. I spoke with Thomas and discussed a strategy for addressing water in my garage. He researched the type of soil in my area and the level of the water table. He gave me several resolution options. He is extremely professional and affable. I found his business on YouTube. Go see his videos they will show you how knowledgeable and professional his team is.

We had a major drainage problem in our back yard and hired TyeLandscaping to solve the problem. Tom and Dawn, the owners laid out a plan for a new drainage system and did all the work to make it happen. They were very reasonable price wise, diligent, helpful, and wonderful people in every respect! The well thought out solution they provided was executed to perfection. This involved digging with machines, laying pipe and and the drainage solution, regrading the area, and seeding. I couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a huge drainage problem in our yard, which had reached the point where we could no longer ignore it. Tom worked closely with our township engineer to solve the issue, and we no longer have a river running down our property every time it rains. Tom and his family were outstanding to work with; we always knew their plans, as their communication is excellent. They left the area clean every day, and, on the final day, had everything looking better than ever! They are pleasant, courteous, and professional; I highly recommend them!

We recently had Tom & Dawn install a drywall on our property to comply with Township requirements in connection with our deck being redone and to resolve intermittent flooding we'd experience in our basement whenever it rained heavily. We can't say enough positive things about the work -- the communication was amazing, Tom & Dawn took the time to explain what they were doing and why it will help, they worked with the Township directly to ensure compliance and they were both fast and tidy. Their prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was apparent. Not to mention they did all this in severe heat! We highly recommend supporting this family owned business!

Tom, Dawn & their son did a great job with helping me to manage the drainage issue that I was having. They were able to extend my downspouts with underground piping extensions and pop-up emitters so that water won't pool by the side of my foundation anymore. They're great to work with, very friendly & professional, and highly recommended.

They do all the work themselves so we were confident that it was being done correctly. They explained everything to us. They answered our emails right away. Their YouTube videos are amazing. We just had a french drain put in because the old one failed and was not sized or dug appropriately. Right from the first meeting, we knew that Tom and Dawn would do an amazing job with our backyard. They are very knowledgable in the expertise of flooding and drainage. They work with their hearts which is very hard to find in this society. They even returned to our home after the job was done to put more seed and hay ensuring our grass would grow.
