The rep. Contacted me to let me know the tech was on the way. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and committed to doing a thorough job however the money the company charges was rediculously high. If it was not a Sunday night and my son's family was'nt staying here i would have declined the service only because of the price to clear the main.

Called Roto Rooter for a drain cleaning service. They arrived within the time frame that I was told and the work was completed in reasonable time. They also explained what caused the problem after the drain cleaning.

Thank you for all the help clearing the line however it was far from a 5 stars. My plumber Mr griddy Mr diddy or Mr grenadine whatever his name is was educated in plumbing but unprofessional at the end however his manager and the trainee that sadly was under him were amazing.

James Smith was amazing! I called Roto Rooter and he was there in 45 minutes. Despite snow making it difficult to park we figured out parking and he assessed my broken heater. He gave me a fair quote and then got the equipment. He’s very polite, professional and courteous around me and my kids. Within one day and just a few hours he took away my 20 year old large heater, replaced the rusted pipes, vacuum, and installed my new heater without damaging the floor or anything around. He cleaned up any mess and was respectful of the space. This was such a stress less experience thanks to Jame’s expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this service and this professional to my friends and family. Thank you James and Roto-Rooter!

Our toilet started running nonstop in the middle of the night. I called their plumbing specialists and they responded quickly. The technician replaced the faulty flapper and tested the system. The toilet now flushes normally and I can finally sleep peacefully. Excellent service.

Their plumbing team cleared a clogged sink that had been backing up frequently. It now drains without any problem.

Absolutely horrible people don’t hire these people. Some how the work got 200 more expensive. Worst plumber ever don’t hire these people ever.
