Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., Inc. is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand their client's needs and provide thorough recommendations to solve complex problems. Highly recommend.

We use Rapid Pump quite often, as we manage several NJ lift stations. This past weekend into Monday, they did an excellent job taking care of our lift station. They have two techs, Shane and Bill who not only knew exactly what was going on with our lift station but were excellent communicators. They let us know, every step of the way what was going on and even both of them followed back up with us after the job was complete. Great guys great service!!

I called them numerous times I was sent them from recommendation to a Clinton. never received a call back. I tried receiving a proposal for a large industrial job exceeding 100k you would think they would run to the opportunity. But they just sent me a credit app to fill out. Look elsewhere for a pump company.

The unfortunate thing here is that I can only give Hawa 5 stars. They really deserve something close to 8 or 12 stars.

I was scammed by an HVAC company who lied and cheated and stole from me -- showing up to the job late or not at all, improperly connecting wires and valves and sensors, etc. Hawa came to save the day. The team members they employee are honest, respectful and do quality work.

I cannot thank them enough for rushing over to fix things before a holiday weekend -- so instead, I thank them loudly and publicly. You will not go wrong with Hawa!!

Amazing job installing central air completely from scratch on my 100 year old home. My home feels so comfortable. Yousef ensured the plan to minimize damage and his team Saif, Hassan, and others did a great job ensuring the job was done well as well as permits approved.
