Called for air conditioner repair and they showed up fast, figured out the issue, and had it running cold again the same day. No pressure to replace the whole system, just fixed what needed fixing. Super smooth experience.

Had a heating system repaired and the experience was smooth. The issue was explained clearly, the work was handled professionally, and everything was left clean. So far everything’s been working well.

Every time I go there with a part I need, even when I bring the part with me to show them, they look at it like it’s a piece of alien technology. They always end up sending me to another supply shop. Waste of time.

I came to this place to pick up an order and they had no one who could give me the service try to speak to an employee named pol and he just ignored me as if I was nobody I think this would be because I didn't speak English well so I think that the owners of this place should take action on this matter to continue providing good service to the community and not allow this type of action by one of their employees, if this is to say that it lasts more than 45 minutes to be attended to.

Nice selection of plumbing supply items, with prices that are much less expensive than at home depot. When you go there, you really need to know what you are looking for. There are days that it gets very busy.

Great Pluming Supply, Mike behind the counter has a great steam military background and a huge help always, but all the countermen are very helpful. Very competitive pricing.

During these difficult times with the virus they were smart and took precautions protecting both counter employees and customers. Thank you fellows!

Very bad experience the prices very high..my advice to you before you go check amazon he sold me gas vol for my heater $274 and he said you can't return with very bad attitude I just check amazon the same part $140 really shame how they take advantage of people who really need help
