I needed a hot water tank. Mario's came thru big time.. they delivered it within 90 minutes, no charge which is a big plus.

Esteban was professional, funny, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Had a problem with a clients toilet went to several of the big box stores could not find what I was looking for but found it at Mario's.

Unusually horrible service. They have no sense of customer service. I bought a heating thermostat (Honeywell) with the advise of my contractor and it turned out to be a defective one. When I took it back the next day to exchange it, they refused. They said someone burnt it, even though there was no smell or sign of burn. Subsequently, I bought a cheaper one (same manufacturer) from Home Depot and, lo and behold, what happens to the thermostat but a working thermostat without burning or destroying.
It's not that they would've incurred a huge financial loss ($32.50 to be exact) by exchanging this device with a working one, because these devices come with a five year manufacturer's warranty. However, after this incident, they would certainly loose not only my business (as I own few buildings in the neighborhood), but possibly, few others'.

After several weeks of getting no help from Ferguson on a remodel of 2 bathrooms, I went to this family owned business. Couldn't be happier with the service, and their prices significantly beat what the larger dealer offered (for the same products).

Poor service. Only Fabian does the best job and knows how to deal with customers. However, the owner ( old guy with white beard) doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I decided not do anymore business with them just because of the owner poor service.

Not sure why anyone would say they had horrible customer service! Every time we went there, the staff was very helpful and professional. We just had our bathroom redone, and went here for our vanity and all of our fixtures. They provided such great service and everything we needed came in time, as specified. Would highly recommend them! Family owned business - Fabian and Ruben are both great!

I'm doing renovations got a new born coming soon. I wanted to add heat to the basement. My contractor's great workers but not heating specialists. After 3 days of failed heat and losing heat to the baby's room I got desperate and took another plumbers advice. Super Mario said no no that's a dum idea. He literally gave me a crash course in 20 minutes. I was able to get my heat working and I added a separate zone for basement just like Mario told me to. He literally saved my renovation. Thank you so much.

Needed to replace a furnace and hot water heater before the winter, so I contacted Mario Supply for materials and a plumbing company suggestion. The guys at Mario Supply, especially Fabian, were extremely helpful- walking me through the best options for the replacement and all of the required parts. They also gave me a recommendation for an excellent plumber who did a great job on the installation. Overall, my experience with Mario Supply has been exceptional. I intend to return to Mario Supply for all of my plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great place to buy plumbing supplies and plumbing related tools. Most likely, they will have what you need. If not, at least with me, they help me out.

I could not find a in stock good bathtub and they have plenty of stock name brands that we bought. American standard americast great prices too. Thank you to their staff who inspected the tub in front of us. We were picky on the porcelain feel. They were very helpful.
Nice size parking lot as well. They even loaded my SUV.
