I called late in the evening and told AL the issue I was having with a cracked water filter in my basement. He came right away and changed out the pipe for a surprisingly reasonable price for that work and after hour time. He was humble and informative. I’ll be calling again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service with superb equipment. Had kitchen, bathroom faucets changed as well as shower head with attachments. All done in about one hour. Dr. Pipe is fast and highly skilled.

10 PM on a Friday night, my main line clogs, backing up into my tubs, sinks and toilets. I place a call to Al, and he is at my house within 40 minutes. This was the first time I use his service, and is absolutely the best plumber I have ever used. He was friendly, professional, and his work was exceptional.

We called 3 Brothers after the first plumber could not fix the sewer line issue. Al responded quickly and was able to identify the issue and correct it perfectly. He followed up the next day to ensure we were satisfied. His price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a plumbing issue.

My fiancé poured grease down our kitchen sink( apparently he had no idea the damage it causes) so it was clogged on Christmas Day none the less. After trying, unsuccessfully might I add, to unclog the drain we decided to call a plumber. Al was great. His personality was awesome and he was very punctual. He cleared our drain in no time and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!!!

On December 15, I came home to a cold home. Went to my basement to check my boiler and a part of it broke off which made the boiler shut off. Needless to say, I was angry. I always seem to have plumbing issues after hours or during the weekend. The next day at 11:37am, I called 3Brothers Plumbing and they showed up at my door at 2:00pm.

William, the plumber was honest with me and told me this is a hard repair however he will try his very best. He walked me through everything he needed to do to fix my boiler. One hour later my boiler was fixed, cleaned and I was back to a warm home. Thank you 3Brothers, I will forever use your services and recommend you to all my friends and neighbors.

Called on the phone for 24/7 emergency drainage cleaning in my kitchen sink at 915pm at night... spoke to Al and he graciously walked me through how to fix the issue and even called back to make sure it all went smoothly . He saved me hours of time and lots of $ . Would highly reccomend these guys to anyone ! Not many companies would sit on the phone with you and step by step walk you through how to fix the issue. My parents had a problem with their front yard water faucet which was leaking heavily. I called 3 Brothers and spoke to Al who showed up at my parents house within 10 minutes. Al was a life saver. Stopped the issue and repaired the problem. A true professional and kind person also. Their prices were extremely reasonable and he did a excellent job.

My water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced quickly. I’m so glad I found 3 brothers plumbing and heating. I found the entire team to be very professional. William was very professional, knowledgeable and very skilled in getting my water heater replaced the same day on a Saturday. His prices were reasonable and his work was excellent and very clean. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. Very personable and reliable. One ring and they pick up the call right away. I had an emergency situation at 12AM, and within 25 mins. the plumber came. Mind you, this was at off hours. Highly recommended!

Our water heater broke on Saturday and 3 Brothers answered our call first try. They said they’d have someone over within the hour and they came in 20 minutes. William came in on his day off to check out our water heater because the damage was worse than we thought. William was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. We got a new water heater in a few days and they finished the job in one day. Excellent service. Would recommend!

I recently had 3 Brothers Plumbing replace my main water line shut-off valves, and I'm happy with their service. Their communication was clear, taking the time to explain the process thoroughly. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly without compromising quality and the new valves work perfectly. I highly recommend 3 Brothers Plumbing for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

We called late on a Saturday night for an emergency, and to their credit they came quickly and did ultimately clear the clog. For that, I appreciate the fast response.

However, the way the job was handled caused avoidable damage. I had already shown exactly where the backup was happening (at the washer connection), yet the first step taken was to open the sewer cleanout and have me run the shower and flush. With the cap left unsealed and the line still clogged, water poured into the basement. That created more flooding on top of what was already there.

I understand the plumber may say this was “testing” and that my basement already had water. Both are true. But a professional test should not make a bad situation worse. Running heavy water with an open cleanout guaranteed extra flooding, and that mess could have been avoided with more careful handling.

In the end, the clog was fixed, but I cannot recommend the service because the process left my basement in worse shape than before.

Al is honest, reliable, fair, and helpful - truly a professional. When we had a late-night emergency leak, he responded promptly, helped us pump water, and went above and beyond. Since then, he's been fixing our boiler and buying parts for repairs. He genuinely cares about customers and always tries to help. I wish there were more people like him. Highly recommended!
