Steve was amazing! He came to unblock a pipe and then found that the contractor who remodeled my bathroom did a very shoddy job. He redid the plumbing as the drain started leaking through the ceiling. What a great job!! And he cleaned up. I am so grateful. Thank you Steve!

Polite quick got to the problem and fixed it

We were informed that the new owners do not use maintenance contracts. We were not informed about. They tried to do work that we did not authorized and thanks for Aisha. We were able to stop that before they did the work, but they did the needed work and thank her for that.

Not technically knowledgeable. Had other plumbers provide an estimate. Pice was significantly lower. Technicians proposed method for repair was way different than other plumbing companies method which was more reasonable.

This company cheated me .They said that I need to changed two damaged pieces of my AC. and that was false they are thieves end they are deceiving people and Fair Lawn area I paid 521.00 and my AC not working and they wanted that i pay 1,200.00 more ,so be cautions .
Another company checked my AC and it was in good condition, and was repaired without changing parts and at low cost.

Explained everything to me and I didn't feel bamboozled because I was woman...didn't take advantage of me so I can spend for unnecessary repairs. $1000 to change a shower faucet takes 20 minutes out of Control

The tech was great at diagnosing a problem with our furnace periodically shutting off to a problem with a dirty sensor. He cleaned the sensor and the problem was solved. He arrived on time and worked very systematically. I would definitely hire these guys again.

I had this company previously and they were excellent. Today TERRIBLE. Technician (2nd appt this week came 2 hours later than expected) went to wrong building and could not resolve problem insisting i had another panel box and calling me a liar. He then did not request $ for service call a waste and reacted to my dog who i had put away during his call not asking for $ until he left. HORRIBLE

They do not arrive at the appointment time given. Excuses mount up until you either reschedule or cancel the appt. Used them for years. Now looking for an alternative.

Sam and Omar were BY FAR the best and most courteous techs that I have had the pleasure to have encountered.

They were understanding and very helpful and forthcoming in sharing their knowledge and expertise with my boiler issue.

With that said, they are Advanced Professional Home Services' best foot forward and I look forward to using them for all my and my parents' home improvement and repair needs.

There were all kinds of unforeseen issues but the team refused to quit! They got our hot water heater replaced and worked so hard to make it happen.

Amendment: water heater started to have issues 11 months in. Called to have it fixed. Tech unplugged it and plugged it back in. Said all would be fine. Hot water heater continued to shut off. Tech kept telling me someone would call the next day. When an appointment finally got scheduled. The time window was missed and we had to reschedule.
My appointment got skipped on the reschedule. Had to continually call without getting any real answers. Tech finally showed up and said he couldn’t fix the issue without new parts that he didn’t have. I would have been fine dealing with the issue but terrible communication really soured the experience

Addition: a service person was just sent out to my house to, what I thought was, fix the problem. However, Yassaina, never relayed this to him. Another appointment that has amounted to nothing.

I’ve been using this company for many years since finding it on Angi’s List. I would price compare depending on the job, but the prices are anywhere from affordable to average. They are quick as possible when sending people out and always answer the phone if you need emergency 24-7. They send different guys depending on the job but so far almost all of them have been great. The guys who did the hydro jet to clear out the grease from our plumbing were excellent very honest, quick, and explained everything.

Excellent service! Fixed my sink in a timely manner. Decent price. Very nice gentleman/plumbers. Also the receptionist woman over the phone was very pleasant. Will be recommending to others I know. Thank you so much 😊

Joe, was exceptional when taking out the old sink and installing the new bathroom sink. His helper was supportive of him in making sure the bathroom was cleaned before leaving my house. However, it would have been nice if the office would have told me that their policy of charging an additional 5% when processing credit cards and debit cards. Not everyone has cash on them and using checks is not something that people use on a daily bases. Because of that I'm not sure if I'd recommend this company. Please the office lady wasn't to nice. But Joe and his helper were terrific.

Their team members are gentle and experienced. Also “Advanced professional home service “ responds quickly.

We called them to replace a valve and they left us with no water or heat for the night. We called them back but they were unresponsive. We had to have another plumbing company come out to fix the problem Advanced Professional caused. They are unprofessional and they don't monitor their calls after hours.
