Ask for Steve! He is the one you should go for. He is very nice and show me every detail and plans to do the improvement. He helped us to change the position of the gas pipe behind the stove.

We had an issue with our boiler resulting in the radiators becoming flooded and the heat system shut down around our entire house. APHS was very professional about responding and scheduling a quick visit. It turns out, not only did we have an issue with the boiler, but our existing pipes were showing signs of advanced deterioration. Thye pointed this out without attempting to pressure us into purchasing their service. Thye not only fixed the problem, they explained what best to do next time it happened. They also offered to take pictures if we needed to use it for a HOI claim. All in all, they were professional, courteous and efficient. Kudos to both Steven and Joseph.

I am not sure what is going on is this company but after a boiler installation and re-piping that was performed by them and fully paid for. I am still waiting for warranty and guarantee for the work! I have since,a year later ,have been requesting this information but instead have been receiving over a dozen phone calls that payment has not been submitted!I have submitted proof of payment each time as well as receiving an acknowledgment from the manager Jimmy Consenza who I see posted his own 5 star on review on the website. I also have been charged over $400 for service visit because in the Guarantee. Avoid this company.
