I wasn't pleased with Corbett's handling of my "drain flies" infestation. I thought that the would totally eradicate the problem yet it has not and I continue to have this nuisance problem disrupting my home

The mouse problem is always every year when weather becomes colder. I'm sure Corbett knows this better than I do.

Why doesn't Corbett find the entrance areas where mice are coming into the facility and seal area or use chemicals at those areas?

Corbett Exterminating has been to my house to help me with spiders and cicada killer issues I have been having. Spiders ended up in our house and behind our siding. The cicada killers made my lawn look like Swiss cheese and kids were afraid to go out back. Corbett Exterminating came out and solved my problems, explained to me why we were having these issues and things I can do in future to help prevent these issues. They came in took care of business, educated me and I highly recommend their services.

Corbett has a 3rd party contract with PHILADELPHIA HOUSING AUTHORITY! When tenants put in service orders for roaches and other pest, they only service the kitchen and bathroom. The employees states they are not allowed to use spray. So when they service these 2 areas they are using sticky traps for roaches and a couple dots of gel. Several tenants have reach out and talk to the staff nothing has changed. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They are not for the community and they are gaining tons of money from this contract and not using the proper materials/ solutions for the jobs. THEY WILL NOT USE THE BEST METHOD OR SOLUTIONS TO GID OF PEST OUT YOUR HOME AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THEY ARE STEALING!

They always show up late. One employee to service 72 apartments. Now that our old exterminator quit, the company sent a new guy last week that didn't know what he was doing. They never tell you if they cancel until the end of the day. They never wear work booties. Claim they are not allowed to. Those dirty boots have been everywhere. I mop up with bleach when he leaves. They only do the bathroom and kitchen. The poison leaves brown sticky marks in the cabinets and under my bathroom sink.

They claimed they exterminated after clearing my cabinet areas but still see signs of tiny pests including mice. They never changed the mice repellent and just literally throw it behind the counter area. They also never provide mice traps. I am better of doing this myself. Your service is terrible. Joe couldn't have been nicer to work with. He quoted me a great price and stayed consistent with that quote. His team worked quickly taking down 28 trees. He was even kind enough to give me a tour of the area. A GEM!

Great responsive service with a fast turnaround. In my case a dog peed on the carpet and both the smell and stain have been removed. Easy to communicate, fast pickup and delivery and a decent price

Best place ever to have your area rugs cleaned. Great communication and results. I have used another well known local company before and they were never able to remove pet stain odors. These folks checked their work and would not return the rug until it was completely odor free. 💯 recommend!

I had initially found National Rug Cleaners to get an old Flokati rug cleaned as a gift for a friend, which they handled with care and ease. They did such a great job that I figured they were up to the challenge of the sad carpet in our living room, and they took it on with enthusiasm! Our living room rug - a twelve year-old, light-colored oriental rug - was wearing not only everyday dirt but some really large and frankly disturbing stains that we tried in vain to clean. We tried to deep clean it ourselves, we had another company come in several years ago and give it a shot. . . I had resigned myself to living with the stains. After all, we have 2 cats, a dog and a kid who has done most of her arts and crafts projects over the years in that living room. What did I expect? Well, I did NOT expect to send it out to National Rug Cleaners and get back such a beautiful, like-new rug! I wish I'd taken a "before" shot for true comparison, but imagine large, dark "did I spill half a bottle of red wine?" splotches, and you get the idea. I honestly cannot tell where those pet/wine/magic marker stains once were, and the whole rug looks bright and clean! Moreover, everyone National is professional and friendly. Customer service second to none. We will definitely call them again, and when your rugs need help - and they will - call National!

My area rugs had a couple of problem areas due to pet accidents. I tried everything then I called National Rug Cleaners they came and picked up my area rugs the next day. The communication and coordination were great. I had low expectations but 10 days later I got my rugs back they were brand new so soft and lush. I would recommend this company everyone I was in contact with from the delivery driver to the saleswoman had great customer service.

10/10 experience using National Rug Cleaners. David was able to assist with Pickup and Delivery of my rug that looked brand new when I received it back, as it had some staining from pet accidents. The stains and oder are completely gone, and I will definitely be using the company's services again for future rug cleanings!

They cleaned my rug and custom cut it beautifully! The rug was so dark before.
They also added new fringes and bindings to boot!

If you want to pay a huge amount of money for a poor job and have these technicians damage your home- then National Rug Cleaners are for you.
I would have paid them money NOT to have come to my home.

My beautiful white run was heavily stained with baby food, mud from my older kids' shoes and what not. I didn't want to replace it because I love it so much but I thought there's no cleaning in the world that can make it look good again.. Ohh I was wrong! This team really took the extra mile and they made it spotless! love it!
