Update - Overall, I had some issues with this company, but they listened to my concerns and addressed their mistakes. The company was able to fix my rug and sent it to a color specialist to correct the color bleed. From start to finish, the whole process took 2 months for my one rug.

There was a lot of miscommunication on when my rugs were finished and being delivered due to a name mix up. One of my rugs had been tagged with someone else’s name on it “Julia” and both rugs were tagged with the wrong phone number. After opening my second rug, the colors have bled, every white area of the Persian rug are now patchy red.

They did an amazing job with our high end carpeting! We had a bad experience in the past with another company so we were wary of using any professional service for our rugs. National rug cleaners DELIVERED! So glad we called them, highly recommend!

The technician was really nice and respectful. He even took his shoes off when I requested him to at the door. I’m sure he did whatever he needed to do with the dryer but the professionalism earned his 5 stars, especially since his work required him to come inside my apartment.

In addition to very prompt service, Lior solved a drapery problem that I haven't been able to solve in almost 20 years: balloon styled drapes on three large windows. He could easily remove them, and brought them into his shop to have them completely expanded for cleaning and repair. I am thrilled! I also had two sofas and the wall to wall carpet in a 30x15-ft room cleaned. I had never used this service before, but I am a forever customer!

I am beyond pleased with the job done with my wool area rug. I've had this rug in my foyer for at least 19 years. I have sent it out to clean with a company in center city Philadelphia twice before and it has never come back this clean. It is so noticeable that National rug used lots of water to clean the rug. It was returned to me spotless, rejuvenated and clean of pet stains. It feels wonderful on my bare feet! I would highly recommend this company and their pick up and drop off service to anyone. This company is great. I run a cat rescue plus have my own cats and a puppy. Needless to say, our rugs need constant attention. I used to just buy new rugs once or twice a year, but National made it easy to just wash them instead of purchasing new ones. They came as scheduled to pick up the rugs, washed them, dried them, packed them, and delivered back to my home. It was easy and so worth it. Thank you!

They are absolutely the best! My rugs look brand new. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning them, but the repair and binding was outstanding. My puppy chewed the corner of a very expensive carpet and I thought it was done for. I can’t even tell where he chewed it. They pick up and deliver and place the rugs where you want it - even moving furniture if needed. The customer service is outstanding! They returned my calls on their days off and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny spent!

I highly recommend National Rug Cleaners for area rug cleaning. They did a fabulous job on my 40 year old Chinese rug. It’s in our main living area, so it gets a lot of daily traffic. It has a light background, so it shows spots easily. It came back spotless!
Everyone there from phone contact, to cleaning, to pick up and delivery were easy to work with, and kept me informed and in the loop. I got on the schedule soon after I called to set up the cleaning service, and the rug was returned when they promised.
