The technicians were great! Sincere explained everything to me throughout the process, so I felt well informed. He is very knowledgeable and patient with his explanations.

My issue is that the technician doing the assessment part didn’t acknowledge the vent I pointed out to him that possibly had mold, so a different process would be required. So now I have to make another appointment to address that. It would be better for the assessors to have more knowledge than simply counting vents for the job. I could have just given them the number of vents myself, so I’d recommend they do some inspection with their walk through prior to scheduling the technicians. I’m not sure this is how they all do it, but this was my experience.

The two gentlemen came on time and they take pride in their work which is excellent. Made sure I checked all and that I was happy! Yes I was. When I use Stanley again I will request these two men again…

OMG!!! Best service we have EVER received!!! Our floors look so AMAZING! I had searched around and got other estimates but by far this was the best. You should request our guy, he was sooo professional and did such an incredible job! Search no more! This is your place!

Marvin and Dwayne were very curtious and used great care in cleaning and sealing my floors. Great communication on what they were doing and offered some additional options that made sense. Didn’t feel pressured at all for add in services.

James and Alexander did a spectacular job. They were friendly, fast, and thorough. I had a bad experience before with a different person but now James and Alex have renewed my faith in Stanley.

Marvin showed up on time, he was professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and was very organized! We were very pleased with the outcome of the carpet. He did an amazing job! Our carpet is 22 years old and has never been cleaned, it looked brand new when Marvin was done. Very satisfied with the entire process. Our dog “Nickel” loved him too. Thank you!!

The technicians who came to clean the carpets were professional and friendly. It did take a little longer than I expected since one of the lines they used was frozen. But they stayed focus and got the job done, despite some challenges. The prices are a little steeper but you pay for the convenience.
I may consider them for other cleaning services like mattresses and HVAC ducts in the future.

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Kevin provided. He walked through what I wanted to have cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized. He was professional, spoke clearly, and made sure I understood and agreed to the price. He explained the safety and drying process. I liked how he put signs down to watch your step in areas that could be slippery. He also provided shoe covers, which I appreciated.

We requested Beske Mustafa for our technician. We have used him for the last few times at our home. I wanted him to clean my father’s house. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. We plan on having him out the next time we need your services. Thank you!

Jason & Dwayne arrived early and started working on cleaning my HVAC system. They were both very nice and professional the whole way through, even gave me some cool facts about my unit. I definitely recommend them to do a great job if your looking for stanley steemer to clean your system as well.

Cynere and Dwayne provided an excellent service. Their informative explanation of the process was highly appreciated. They proactively informed us of the anticipated cold weather, allowing us ample time to safely remove our infant from the premises. The process was remarkably swift, and the report-building aspect was exceptional. Additionally, they provided valuable information about a system that could be installed to alleviate allergies. Overall, it was a positive experience. In the near future, when we schedule our air duct cleaning, I would be delighted to have Cynere and Dwayne handle the dryer vent cleaning as well. Great experience! Dwayne was prompt, professional and respectful of our home. He explained everything thoroughly. Dwayne did a phenomenal job on our carpets and it was done in a timely fashion. Plus reasonable! I will definitely be using Stanley Steemer in the future.

We just had some area rugs cleaned- first time in well over 15yrs and well overdue. Caliph was great. He explained the process and what to expect. He carefully protected the furniture if/as needed. EXCELLENT service. Ronald was polite, professional, and answered every question I had. He helped me move some furniture and took care with the carpet. He is VERY knowledgeable about aftercare of the room and the process, also gave me advice about the pet rug cleaner I had been using.

He was fast, efficient, and personable, refreshing in today’s day and age. I will most definitely be using their services again.
