The person that answered when I first called was professional, courteous, and wonderful. I was able to schedule for the same day. They were here within about an hour. The people who arrived at my house were absolutely amazing! My carpet looks better than I ever could’ve imagined. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Michael was my Stanley Steemer technician for the day. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He made our sectional sofa cleaning easy and it was a good well done! We truly appreciate having him come to our home and would recommend him.

Super friendly service from start to finish. Customer service was very speedy to set up my appointment when I was going to reschedule. They were right there taking a phone call. The technician arrived on time. Did a fantastic job. Technician was so super friendly and accommodating, even When he was done, and I added on the staircase, he didn't mind staying to get it done.
