I have been working with ServiceMasters for almost a year now. They have always given great service along with great communication. We recently had our floors waxed that were in rough shape and now look almost as good as the day they were installed. I highly recommend their service!

Greg, Anthony, and Karam all do a wonderful job. They've actually come out to do estimates for my businesses on two occasions. Both being very competitive (we checked), although the timing did not work for us the first time (on our end). Flexibility and professionalism is what you encounter at first during the planning stage. Then when they go to perform the actual job they not only meet the demands, and deliver on what was discussed, but they far exceeded our expectations with the job performed. This floor, fixtures, and equipment look brand new. Nothing was scratched or damaged. I would highly recommend this team, sometimes it takes professional company to get the job done. Sure you may think you are saving money initially, but affordability of their services, rewarding/supporting your employees, and the ease of this transaction should outweigh the expenses.

Just used them for a deep clean at our business in Philadelphia. Anthony and Greg were very helpful in understanding our needs and working within our budget. The team they sent were super professional and worked efficiently around our time frames to ensure we could still be open for service that afternoon. Extremely happy with the end result. It’s difficult to find a commercial company these days that is as professional and punctual as they are cordial and friendly, especially in the service industry. However, Greg and his employees continue to be not only results driven, but kind and helpful. It’s easy to make a mess when you know these guys have your back.

A a business owner it’s critical that my office building is clean and presentable for clients. It’s more than general maintenance and often times larger issues can pop up unexpectedly. An office problem arrises….Alliance diagnoses it quickly, presents a solution and follows through with prompt remediation. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable and consultative in their service. I have been using ServiceMaster since our building was built 3 years ago. We first used them for post-construction cleanup and then turned into bi-yearly carpet cleaning and rewaxing of our vinyl flooring. Since the beginning, Yisel has been OUTSTANDING to say the least. Fast response times and always assists with any questions we have. We have a 10YR lease in this building, hopefully more to come, and I will, without a doubt, continue to use ServiceMaster!

I was thinking that hard-working individuals with a positive attitude was a dying breed and slowly becoming extinct. That’s until I had the privilege of meeting some of your staff that you assigned to complete the project at my facility. The project covered a very large area, and your staff did an outstanding job! They were up to the challenge every evening and they made minor setbacks into opportunities. They always carried a smile on their faces. It was so refreshing to work with positive, uplifting individuals. They were very engaging and affirming throughout the project and assured me that it would be completed on time. They also showed the upmost professionalism from day one until the project was completed. Their focus was totally on pleasing the customer and getting the job done right and on time! Marcos showed up reliably every week and my lawn looks better than it did in May. Very nice man, too.
