We are super happy with the service!
They came and steamed cleaned our 10 year old sectional that came out almost as new.
And they took 2 area rugs to clean at the shop and everything came out perfect!

I needed to replace my beautiful bold Airbnb rug that I found at Restore and I lucked out after several visits and found the same one but even though they were new rugs, it had a big hole towards the end. My excitement was crushed!

I googled rug repair and found National Rug Cleaners and noticed the wonderful reviews. I was so glad they were able to cut it and reseam the cut side. They made it look like new and I couldn’t be happier! I ended up with a $1500 rug for a couple hundred. They waited for me to bring the rug the day I called so it would be sent off that day. Ema was great at communicating when it was ready and the owner, Leo, checked to see what time I was coming to pick it up, because he knew it was just me, and he wanted to be there to load it for me. They consider every aspect of what makes their customer’s experience go well. I will definitely be bringing the rugs back for cleaning and whenever I need another miracle!

I had 2 area rugs and 2 chairs cleaned. Everything looked pretty good when initially done, but when everything dried, I could see that my furniture and carpets were not clean. The first few spots I saw left behind I cleaned myself with a little detergent and a rag and they came out pretty easily so it is unclear how a high powered steam vacuum left those spots behind. My other carpet looks like it had never even been touched There is a spot on one chair that wasn’t there before, and dirty hand prints on both arms of another chair that the technician left when he picked it up to moved it. I would say that this service was a disaster. I gave it one star because I had to choose something. I would actually rate my service as -10.

Mike posted a rug on Facebook Marketplace that I needed to see before feeling comfortable enough to purchase; Lior transported the rug to my home same-day and allowed me to unroll it prior to purchasing. Thrilled with the rug, communication, and service!
