I would like to express my concerns regarding a recent service experience. I have been a customer for over a year, and my oil tank is now nearly empty, raising concerns about its ability to last through the next two days. When I contacted your team, the earliest available appointment was in four days, which I accepted; however, I began to worry given the low level of oil.

I also reached out regarding a service plan I purchased, which includes scheduled oil deliveries in case of emergencies when oil is low. At the time of signing up, I was informed that deliveries could be scheduled at any time, and a technician could arrive within a few hours to provide a small top-up until a larger delivery could be arranged.

Initially, I was advised that a technician would arrive within three hours to address my oil supply. However, I later received a follow-up call indicating that the technician would not be able to come because I currently have heating. I was told that service would only be provided if I had no heat, despite the forecast of below-freezing temperatures tonight and throughout the week.

As a valued customer, I am disappointed that the current service cannot accommodate my immediate needs under these circumstances.
